We had a wonderful time. Booked this last minute for a quick getaway. Location was perfect. The only thing I could say is the pool table had a few holes in the pockets so balls would drop on the floor. Also the hot tub made strange noises. Those were all little things. The customer service was wonderful and we will definitely stay at another colonial properties cabins in the future.

We had a great stay! The cabin was the cleanest cabin we have stayed in in years past. Everything was good although it could use some upgrades, the pool table pulled away from the wall. I fixed the pockets on the pool table so balls would not fall out. Thanks again !

Absolutely amazing cabin location just off Pigeon Forge. House was beautiful and had all the necessary amenities like dishwasher soaps, kitchen soaps, and bathroom accessories needed.

We grilled some nights and had food delivered on others for a nice mix. Quiet area and could not hear any neighbors at all.

Really just an overall amazing experience and absolutely would book this property again as a getaway.
