DESCRIPTION
Laurel Hills is a cozy and secluded three-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin perched atop a ridge overlooking beautiful treetops, offering stunning views and all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and accommodating up to seven guests, making it perfect for a family getaway or a group of friends.
Living Room
The spacious living room invites you with blonde wooden-planking, plenty of natural light, and ample seating. There’s even a felted-pool table for challenging your guests! Watch the game on the flat-screen TV, or curl up in front of that fireplace with a good book!
Kitchen
The adorable fully-stocked kitchen has plenty of counter space and anything you might need to whip up your favorite recipes. You know that new dessert you’ve been wanting to try? #Vacation is the perfect time!
All cookery, flatware, and dishes are included for your convenience.
Dining Room
The centrally located wooden table can seat up to six. This is the perfect spot for family game night! Pack a big stack of board games! Serve up finger foods all evening while you spend some quality time with the fam.
Bedrooms
The main level hosts two serene queen bedrooms that are well-appointed and relaxing. Throw open the windows and breathe in that clean mountain air for the best sleep of your life! There is also a jetted tub for the ultimate in relaxation.
Upstairs, you’ll find an additional queen bedroom with a nearby full bath for added privacy.
Loft
The versatile loft overlooks the living room below. There is a futon available or extra sleeping space, or just a quiet place to curl up with a good book.
Outdoor Spaces
Do you like to grill chicken or steak? You know what, never-mind. It’s vacation- have them both! This cabin has a BBQ you can use for grilling. There is a hot tub neath a covered gazebo on the deck for soaking your troubles away, or you can enjoy the porch swing or watch for wildlife in the rocking chairs.
Here in the Smokies, fireflies light up the night sky. You never know what you’ll see when you’re outdoors here! You might even see a black bear!
Other Amenities
With all the luxury that Laurel Hills has to offer, you might not ever want to leave the cottage. But if you do, you are within minutes of any convenience that Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg has to offer, from charming local eateries to grocery shopping, to entertainment.

Wonderful cabin in the treetops! Clean, well stocked kitchen and great deck with porch swing and hot tub. Enjoyed the pool table and bubble baths in the oversized jetted tub as well. This cabin had everything you want in a Smokey Mtn getaway!

The cabin had all the essentials we needed. It was very cute and roomy. The web site pictures were a perfect representation of what you get. Definitely will look to rent from Colonial Properties again when visiting the area.

Came into this cozy cabin with 2 adults and 3 kids. We enjoyed our stay, had a few bears visit the area couple of nighta and being towards the top of the mountian, Made traffic near zero the time of our stay. Would stay here again.

We stayed in Laurel Hills for our weekend getaway. Upon arriving everything was clean set up and ready to go. Instructions were clear and made check in a breeze. It was nice to have everything from a coffee pot to shampoo in the bathroom. We would definitely book with colonial again! Thank you!

Great Mountain Retreat! Cabin was great space for our family to gather. Convenient to all attractions near Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Dollywood, Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Lot of space for everyone. Lot of fun with Pool Table!

Absolutely amazing all around!!! I enjoyed everything about this cabin! Incredible view, beautiful and clean on the inside. All dishes /grilling accessories that we needed were there! We ran out of toilet paper and had to replenish our own but they tell you to bring extra anyway. The view on the inside through all the windows was really nice as well!! It was a 3 bedroom and we had four couples. The open loft area at the top of the steps was very much like a fourth bedroom with no door but still was pretty decently private and equipped with a flat screen, stereo, futon and even a closet! Would love to stay again anytime! Thanks for having us!
