The parade begins at the intersection of East Parkway and Baskins Creek Bypass, proceeding through downtown along the Parkway.

River Raft Regatta

Later in the day, the festivities continue with the River Raft Regatta, an unmanned floatable race held on the Little Pigeon River. Participants can register their floatables starting at 11:00 a.m. at the former Christ in the Smokies Museum, with the race commencing at 1:00 p.m. and concluding at Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies.

Fireworks Finale and Drone Show

The celebrations culminate with a spectacular fireworks display and drone show at 11:00 p.m. on July 4th. Launched from the Gatlinburg Space Needle, the 20-minute show illuminates the mountain skyline, offering breathtaking views from various points throughout downtown.
