Most people planning a Smoky Mountain trip start with the same question: Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg? Pigeon Forge puts you in the middle of the action — Dollywood, The Island, the dinner shows, and a Parkway you can work through for a week. Gatlinburg is quieter and walkable, with the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and 800 miles of trails right at the edge of town. They're fifteen minutes apart, so whichever you pick, the other one is a short drive.

At booking, you can add our optional Cancellation Promise. If you need to cancel, you'll get a full refund (minus the Cancellation Promise fee) as long as you cancel at least 14 days before arrival for 1-2 bedroom cabins, or 30 days before for 3+ bedroom cabins. Without the Cancellation Promise, reservations are non-refundable.

You must be at least 21 to rent a 1-bedroom cabin, or 25 for a 2+ bedroom cabin. A valid photo ID is required to confirm your age at check-in.
