in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge
The cabins below just joined our program — fresh to the site, and often still open on the weekends everything else is booked. Filter by dates, guests, bedrooms, or amenity to narrow the list.
A cabin that just joined the program comes in with a clean calendar — no repeat guests holding the good weekends, no bookings already on the books. So when the rest of the site is showing nothing for the dates you want, this is the page to check.
The practical upside — if you're trying to book a fall foliage weekend, a summer holiday, or Christmas week and finding everything taken, new cabins are the most likely place to find something open. They show up here first.
Everything's the same — new cabins meet the same standards as the rest of what we manage: fully equipped kitchen, all linens provided, and the Stay and Play Pass included with every direct booking.
The reviews are still coming in — that's the one real difference. A cabin that's been in the program for years has a long review history; a new one doesn't yet. If you want to know what a specific cabin is actually like, call us at 1-800-371-0341. Our team has been through every one of these before it went live.
New cabins span the full range — one-bedroom cabins for two up to six-bedroom lodges sleeping twenty, in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Use the filters above to narrow by dates, guests, bedrooms, or amenity.
Because this page mixes sizes and settings, it's worth filtering rather than scrolling. If you already know what you need, the hot tub, mountain view, and pet-friendly pages will get you there faster.
They're recent additions to our management program. That doesn't necessarily mean newly built — some are newly constructed, others are established cabins whose owners recently moved to us. What they share is a shorter booking history and, usually, better availability.
Yes. Every cabin is inspected before it goes live and held to the same standards afterward — professionally cleaned between stays, fully equipped kitchen, linens provided. Nothing goes on the site until our team has walked it.
Fewer than established ones, and some have none yet. That's not a reflection of the cabin — it just takes time. If a listing doesn't have the reviews you'd want to see, call us and we'll tell you honestly what to expect.
Regularly through the year, with more coming on ahead of peak seasons. It's worth checking back if you didn't find what you wanted.
Yes — every direct booking includes it, new cabins included. See how the Stay and Play Pass works.
Cabins move off once they're established and have built up a booking and review history, at which point they're still findable through the regular search and category pages.
