Bedrooms & Floor Plan

Six bedrooms across four levels give every guest their own space and a layout that works beautifully for multi-family groups. On the upper level, a king bedroom with a private en suite bath, fireplace, and Jacuzzi tub provides a true owner's suite experience. A separate loft area with two queen beds serves as the sixth sleeping space — perfect for kids or extra guests.

The entry level features a king bedroom, a queen sleeper, the main kitchen and dining area, a shared full bath, and access to one of the outdoor hot tubs.

The lower level offers two queen bunk bedrooms, a shared full bath, a kitchenette, and the game room — an ideal setup for younger guests or anyone who wants their own floor.

The basement level rounds things out with a king bedroom featuring a private en suite bath and Jacuzzi tub, the theater room, a washer and dryer, a shared full bath, and the second outdoor hot tub.

Situated inside the prestigious gated community of Sherwood Forest, Amazing Rocky Top Views sits at one of the most convenient addresses in the Smokies — right at the end of Pigeon Forge and the beginning of Gatlinburg, with easy, flat access and no steep or winding roads to navigate. The resort's swimming pool, one of the largest in the area, is just 0.15 miles away. Dollywood is five miles out, the Pigeon Forge strip is 1.4 miles, and downtown Gatlinburg is about seven miles — putting virtually everything within easy reach. Up to six cars can park on-site, making logistics easy for the whole crew.
