Spring Rod Run April 7-9, LeConte Event Center
Rod owners from all over the country roll in for awards, a car corral, and a swap meet. Watch for gorgeous classic cars all over Pigeon Forge this weekend.
The Spring Rod Run is open Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $15 per day, cash only.
Bronco Super Celebration April 20-23, Talley Ho Inn
This show features organized sightseeing drives including Elkmont Ghost Town and the challenging Tail of the Dragon roadway. Awards, parts sales, kids’ games, and family camping round out the celebration.
Event registration is $75, covering event access, parking, drive participation, and more. Spectators attend for free, Tuesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Circle Yer Wagens VW Show April 30-May 1, Sevier County Fairgrounds
Volkswagen owners show classic and tricked-out Beetles, VW vans, and more and enjoy a swap meet, contests, and vendor booths. Camp on the riverbank with other VW enthusiasts.
Circle Yer Wagens is open Friday, noon to 6 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Spectator admission is $8 a day or $15 for a three-day pass for a weekend pass. Kids under 12 are free.
Grand National F-100 Reunion May 12-14, LeConte Event Center
A group cruise along the Parkway is a highlight of this three-day show for Ford trucks from 1996 and earlier. The event features vendors from all over the country, activities, and awards.
The reunion is open Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $15 per day and kids under 12 are free. F-100 truck owners who register for the show get a three-day admission pass.
Chevy Classic Round-Up May 20-22, The Inn at Christmas Place
See more than 100 iconic Chevys, all originals from 1955 through 1957, at this show featuring live music and food vendors. Visit the Round-Up website for details closer to the show.
Pontiacs in Pigeon Forge June 2-5, LeConte Hotel and Convention Center
Firebird, Fiero, GTO–all heading to Pigeon Forge to show off! Don’t miss the Friday Cruise along the scenic Foothills Parkway and the Saturday Cruise at a location yet to be revealed. Show hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Check the website for updates on admission.
Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion Aug. 25-27, LeConte Event Center
The Jeep Invasion is an expo for parts and accessories, with competitions and awards for owners. The show runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Adult admission is $15 per day, kids ages 6 to 12 are $5 a day, and kids five and under are free.
Shades of the Past Sept. 9-10, Dollywood’s Splash Country
More than 200 hot rods rev up the fun as they compete for prizes. Vendors, a swap meet, and activities make this a family event. Check the website for spectator information.
Fall Rod Run Sept. 15-17, The LeConte Event Center
One rod run a year just wouldn’t be enough for car-loving Pigeon Forge! The Fall Rod Run is the year’s second collection of great cars with a car corral, awards, vendors, and swap meet.
The event is 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. Admission is $15 per day, cash only, at the door.
