Heavenly View is a charming two-bedroom condo close to Ober Mountain ski resort and just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Whether you’re here for winter sports or year-round attractions, this condo makes a cozy home base! The breathtaking view and terrific amenities will tempt you to spend time hanging out and just enjoying life here.

Living Room

The beautiful, contemporary decor creates a light, bright living space, with access onto the balcony and views of the Smokies. Stretch out on the soft sofa or kick back in the leather chair. Light a fire in the elegant, wood-trimmed fireplace and soak up the warmth.

The living room provides a desk where you can check email or write an old-fashioned postcard as you sit by the hearth. Near the dining area, you’ll find a handy coffee station with a coffee maker and microwave. Pamper yourself with a freshly brewed hot drink while you enjoy crisp, mountain air on the balcony.

Kitchen

The sparkling tilework catches your eye in this compact, efficient kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen provides the cookware, dishes and utensils you need. Whip up a pancake breakfast with local blueberries, or experiment with Tennessee barbecue sauce or marinades at dinner!

Dining

Hot food stays piping hot when the dining table is just steps from the kitchen. Gather at the dining table that seats four. Bring your favorite board games, cards, and puzzles, and make family memories laughing and playing here.

Bedrooms

Sprawl on the king bed in the master bedroom. The plush bedding invites you to nap! Want to watch TV without disturbing anyone else? The flat screen TV here is your passport to midnight movie marathons. Skis and snowshoes adorn the walls as a reminder you’re always close to the slopes when you’re here.

The condo’s second bedroom sports bunk beds with twin mattresses. A queen sleeper sofa completes the options for up to six guests to get a great night’s sleep in this heavenly condo. Two bathrooms give everyone room to get ready to spend days in the national park or nights on the town.

Outdoor Spaces

The condo’s covered balcony is your ringside seat for the best show on Earth–the glory of the Smoky Mountains. Your balcony seems to float above the treetops. Unobstructed views of forested hills stretch to the horizon. At night, relax outside and try to name the constellations sparkling overhead!

Because you’re a condo guest, you get access to the community’s seasonal, outdoor swimming pool. Don’t forget your bathing suits and pool toys!

Heavenly View comes with two parking spaces just for you. Your cars will always be close by when you’re ready to ramble.

As a condo guest, you can use the building’s laundry facilities.

Swimming Pool

Access to the community pool is provided and managed by a third-party company. Colonial Properties is not responsible for pool maintenance or closures. The outdoor swimming pool is generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting. The indoor swimming pool is open year-round.
