My stay This place was amazing!!
Excellent My husband and I had a wonderful time!
Great Cabin Great cabin. Really enjoyed our stay.
Home away from home Our home was equipped with all the necessities we needed to stay where we were for our entire stay. The kids remained entertained and played inside and outside around the home while the parents relaxed on the deck while soaking in the beautiful and peaceful views. The recent updates to the home thoughtfully combined rustic with modern allowing guests to feel both pampered and at home throughout our stay.
The view! Base camp was perfect. The view of the mountains was picture perfect. Close to town but far enough away that we felt alone in the woods. When we saw the bear come out of the woods and just sit in the yard with us above it for awhile it was just the icing on the cake!it was a perfect week for my family. Thank you for sharing your cabin.
BEST STAY One of the best cabins I’ve ever stayed at! They always checked in and any concerns we had with our stay have took care of! Will book with them again!
This home is amazing!! Everything we needed was already there other than food!!! Perfect!!! Such an easy process renting this home away from home!!!
Highly recommend great staff
The cabin was very nice and well equipped. From the kitchen, to the pool table, to the hot tub we were very entertained. The view off the deck of Mt. LeConte is stunning! Also a great deck to watch wildlife from. We saw turkeys, Chipmunks, and bears. I'd highly recommend booking this place!

Base camp was everything and near the best areas to enjoy with your loved ones like I did. My little girl and family enjoyed everything from our amazing cabin that has a breath of fresh air with great views to the areas near that had everything we needed to have an amazing time! It was so cool riding the ober train and seeing our cabin. Seriously it was so amazing and beautiful, I can’t wait to be back to Tennessee and book with colonial properties again. Thank you so much.

The description of this property is very accurate. The views and accommodations are amazing. You will not regret staying at this property. The only items not in the description are be prepared as you’ll see many bears walking down the street as you are in their habitat. We had 20 bear sightings in 4 days. Also the laundry is in the basement, this cabin is 3 floors with the main bedroom on the top floor. Overall amazing cabin.
