Wake up to birdsong and the rustle of leaves in this secluded getaway! Bear Paws is a two-bedroom Pigeon Forge cabin for up to eight guests who want a reviving, relaxing escape to the Smoky Mountains. With rustic interiors, wooded views, and supremely comfortable living and sleeping spaces, this cabin is just right for a family or small group vacation.
Living Room
Listen to the comforting crackle of logs in the wood-burning fireplace. Curl up in the embrace of the armchair next to the stone hearth. For the perfect night in, sip some Tennessee moonshine–don’t fret, this liquid magic is legal here! Stretch out on the deliciously soft leather sofa and find your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. If you’re tempted to close your eyes and nap, give in.
Kitchen
The kitchen’s country decor creates an old-fashioned warmth, with knotty pine cabinets, a dark wood floor and a big farmhouse table. But while this looks like a country Granny’s kitchen, it’s full of the latest amenities! You’ll love the stainless-steel appliances and the fact that this kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes you need. The all-important coffeemaker even has its own special coffee station with plenty of mugs standing by, so you can refuel all day long.
Dining
Just like a cozy farmhouse, Bear Paws has an eat-in kitchen, with the generously sized wooden table at its heart. The table seats six guests on high-backed chairs with antique-style, turned wooden spindles. Bring board games and cards to play here after dinner!
Bedrooms
Two charming bedrooms show off the cabin’s sweet Appalachian-inspired look. In the main level master bedroom, two adorable black bears guard you while you snooze–they’re carved on the bedposts of the log bed! This suite includes a flat-screen TV and cooling ceiling fan. The master bathroom is newly remodeled, with an accessible shower stall.
Upstairs, the second king bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Need even more sleeping space? The cabin cleverly tucks additional beds in the loft living area, including a queen-size Murphy bed, a twin bed and another twin rollaway bed.
Game Room and Bonus Living Area
Grab a cue and challenge your kids or your sweetheart to shoot some pool. The loft’s green-felted pool table provides hours of fun. Don’t know how to play? Look up the rules and give it a try! This space is a second living area, too, with a comfy leather sofa and a flat-screen TV. Play games or have a snack at the loft’s cafe table. Kids and teens will love hanging out here.
Outdoor Spaces
The cabin’s covered front porch beckons you to sit a spell in one of the bright blue rocking chairs or on the porch swing. With woods around you, wildlife abounds, and you might spot a deer, fox or even a coyote. After a day of sightseeing in Pigeon Forge or hiking in the national park, soothe your tired muscles in the bubbling hot tub. Soak your cares away and feel rejuvenated!
Fresh, mountain air whets the appetite, so why not dine outdoors? Eat at the full-sized picnic table, surrounded by trees, right outside the cabin’s back door. Drink morning coffee while you watch birds flit through the leaves. Eat lunch beneath a leafy, green canopy.
Other Amenities
Use the cabin’s complimentary Wi-Fi to check email, play games, or buy tickets to attractions and shows. No need to stand in ticket lines!
Bear Paws provides all the bed linens and towels you need.
Pack lightly when you stay here! The cabin’s washer and dryer let you toss in a load of laundry any time you like, so you can bring less.
