Why Buffalo Breakfast Co. is a Must-Visit Breakfast Spot in Sevierville

Start your Smoky Mountains day with a hearty breakfast at the new Buffalo Breakfast Co. Whether your first meal is a traditional breakfast with coffee, or brunch with a cocktail, this Sevierville eatery fuels you up and gets you going.

Look for the red brick building with old-fashioned signs proclaiming, “Omelettes Waffles Pancakes” in big, bold letters. Big and bold describe the menu, too. It’s packed with Southern favorites and classic morning fare, but also serves dishes you won’t find anywhere else.

Southern Comfort Food

The Tennessee flag on the wall, and the barn wood dining room, set a relaxed and truly local atmosphere. Spot the Southern touches all over the menu, like andouille sausage, pimento cheese, and fried green tomatoes. Sides are stick-to-your-ribs comfort foods, including hash brown casserole and biscuits and gravy.

Start your day (no matter when you get up!) with an eye-opener. How about a mimosa, a bloody Mary, or a cold brew coffee spiked with bourbon?

Baked Treats

If your idea of breakfast leans more toward a simple biscuit than a heaping platter of eggs, you’re in luck! Try the pimento cheese biscuit or goat cheese and peach biscuit. For something more savory, go for the ham and gruyere scone or sausage empanadas.

From the Griddle

Buttermilk pancakes and French toast will make your mouth water. And those are just the “plain” versions. Try French toast stuffed with coconut cream, or topped with bananas and rum, then set alight.

Honor the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll when you order the Velvet Elvis–red velvet pancakes with peanut butter mousse and banana pudding. True fans know why Elvis would approve.

You can’t come to the South and not try Buffalo Breakfast’s chicken and waffles! But if that’s just not your morning jam, order a waffle stuffed with sausage and crowned with eggs.

Eggs, Meats and More

House specials are generous portions of down-home cooking. The Southern Fried Skillet heaps fried chicken and collards on biscuits. Mountain Hash is smoked pork and fried potatoes. Even sandwiches get Buffalo twists, like the grilled cheese with BBQ and the BLT with fried tomatoes.

Reserve a Pigeon Forge vacation cabin now, and plan your Smokies getaway. Add a stop for morning mimosas or Velvet Elvis to your itinerary!
