Smoky Mountain Cabin Rentals

Our Smoky Mountain cabin rentals span Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg — from one-bedroom cabins for two up to eight-bedroom lodges. Filter by guests, bedrooms, or amenity to narrow the list.

Where you'll be staying

Great Smoky Mountains National Park is the most visited national park in the country, with no entry fee and hundreds of miles of trails. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg sit at the Tennessee entrance and serve as the two hubs for everything a Smoky Mountain trip is made of — Dollywood, The Island, Ripley's Aquarium, Anakeesta, the SkyLift, dinner shows, rafting, hiking, and a Parkway lined with places to eat and things to do.

We've managed cabins here since 2005. The cabins above run the full range: one-bedroom riverfront places built for two, mid-size family cabins with game rooms and hot tubs, and large lodges with private pools, home theaters, and enough room for a reunion. We also manage cabins in Sevierville and Wears Valley, both of which trade a few minutes of driving for a quieter base.

Every stay includes our Stay and Play Pass — free attraction tickets toward Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium, Anakeesta, and more.

Not sure which area suits you?

Pigeon Forge — the best base for families and first-timers who want to be near everything. Dollywood, The Island, the dinner shows, easy flat roads, and more parking.

Gatlinburg — better for couples, hikers, and anyone who wants a walkable downtown and the national park entrance minutes away.

Sevierville and Wears Valley — quieter, usually more cabin for the money, and a short drive to both towns.

Plenty of guests stay in one and day-trip to the other; it's about fifteen minutes between them. If you'd rather talk it through, call us at 1-800-371-0341 — we're in Pigeon Forge and we've seen all of these cabins.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg?

They're seven miles apart on the same road with genuinely different personalities. Pigeon Forge is larger and more entertainment-focused — Dollywood, The Island, the dinner shows, and most of the bigger cabin communities. Gatlinburg is smaller and more walkable, with a creek running through downtown and the park entrance right there. Families and larger groups usually prefer Pigeon Forge; couples and hikers usually prefer Gatlinburg. The drive between them is about fifteen minutes, so you're never far from either.

How many bedrooms do I need?

Plan on two to four guests per bedroom depending on how much space your group wants. A one-bedroom suits couples, though several sleep six to eight with loft or sofa space. For six to eight people, two or three bedrooms is usually the right balance. Groups of ten to fourteen want four or five. For a reunion, our large cabins go up to eight bedrooms and twenty-five guests. Use the Accommodates filter above, or call and we'll match your headcount to the right cabin.

What amenities do the cabins include?

Every cabin has a fully equipped kitchen and is professionally cleaned and inspected between stays. Beyond that, amenities vary by property — outdoor hot tubs, fireplaces, pool tables and game rooms, home theaters, private pools, fire pits, WiFi, and washer and dryer are all available in some cabins but not all. Each listing shows exactly what that cabin has, and you can filter by amenity above to see only the ones that match.

Are the fireplaces available year-round?

No — fireplaces are operational October 1 through late February. Firewood isn't supplied for wood-burning fireplaces. If you want a fire outside of that window, look at the cabins with fire pits, which work in any season.

Why book direct instead of through a platform?

Booking platforms add a service fee on top of the cabin rate. Booking direct with us skips it, and you're talking to the people who actually manage the cabin rather than a call center. Every direct booking also includes the Stay and Play Pass with free attraction tickets, which isn't available through the platforms.

When should I book?

Fall foliage in October and the Christmas and New Year's weeks book earliest — three to six months out for those. Summer weekends and spring break want two to three months. Winter outside the holidays is the most available and the most affordable stretch of the year.

Do you manage cabins outside Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg?

Yes — Sevierville and Wears Valley as well. Both are quieter and typically get you more cabin for the money, with a short drive to the attractions.
