Communication was top notch as well as customer service. Condo was exceptionally clean, location was great and value exceeded all other options around in my opinion. We’ve already agreed the next time we go to the area we will specifically look for Colonial Properties after our experience as well as recommend it to friends / family if they’re headed that way.

This unit served as a great home away from home. It was clean and comfortable, providing most anything that I needed. Communications from Colonial Properties were excellent! From the time of booking the unit on down to following up to make sure my stay was enjoyable, they did a terrific job. I’ll keep that in mind for my next visit. I’m a selective eater and find it challenging to get a well prepared meal when visiting Pigeon Forge. A couple of standouts for breakfast were very close to the condo. I’ve probably eaten at The Mill at least 50 times, as I love that they prepare food from scratch, to the degree that they mill their flour and other grains DAILY!!! They also have a pottery shop across the street and all of the dishes for the restaurant are made there. This trip, there was a newly opened restaurant just around the corner that I was pleased to try, called The Cottage. The decor of the restaurant is very classy and so is the food! Everything is made to order and prepared well. Please give this wonderful restaurant a try while you’re in town. In short, when planning a trip to the area, give Colonial Properties a shot at providing a clean and comfortable place to stay. Travel safely!!

The condo was perfect and the staff at Colonial Properties went above and beyond to help us have a great vacation. We had to relocate from our first choice of properties ( due to my own mistake of not mentioning needing a bedroom on the main level). The staff quickly provided us with a suitable accommodation. Highly recommend this company and will stay again.

This condo was just like the photos shown. The porch on the back overlooking a golf course (very private though) was the joy to our mornings & evenings. Incredible location - felt far away, but could be on the Parkway in minutes. Easy to access, lots of parking & clean facilities. I do want to brag on the communication from Colonial Properties - top notch. Customer Service - the best. Information was sent to us in a timely manner, never had a question, their office made reserving a property so easy. Very impressed with their operations.

This is a great Condo for 2. The location is great. Close to everything. Pet friendly for our Malti-poo. Has a Trolley stop and the Condo is very cozy. Has everything you need.

Smoky Mountain Bearadise was the perfect getaway for our family! The 2-bedroom condo was just the right size, offering a cozy and comfortable stay. We loved how secluded it felt, yet it was still so close to all the attractions, including Dollywood. The staff at Colonial Properties were incredible, helping us every step of the way.

This was perfect for my daughter and I, everything was very clean. I cleaned houses for 20 years and I can instantly spot things that were skipped or not cleaned well and I have absolutely no complaints! We went to Dollywood and Dolly’s Stamped so this was perfectly located. Bed was pretty comfortable. Didn’t cook so can’t really help in that department.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, as it was super close to all the attractions. The room was super spacious and accommodated our needs perfectly. You are required to start the dishwasher, place all the towels in the bathroom, reset the temperature and take out the trash before your leave. (Including because I think it’s important to know what is required to stay here). Overall we had a wonderful stay!
