Reese’s Bearadise was a very clean and comfortable condo. We stayed December 20-25. The furniture and beds were comfortable. There was plenty hot water. It was quiet. The view of the River walk from the balcony was beautiful. The access to the parkway was very good. The keyless entry and contactless check in and check out is great. And always what we look for in a rental. We have been coming to this area for over 20 years. We usually stay in a cabin. This time we wanted to be close to the strip in case of bad weather. Overall the condo was impressive. Colonial Properties checked in on us several times and their customer service was outstanding. This felt like home away from home and we would stay here again. It was definitely 5 stars for us.

Loved this beautiful apartment! It was within walking distance of the Old Mill Restaurant and shops - just off of the main road. Everything was tidy and cute. Loved the furniture. Responsive host. My 8 month old loved looking at the creek and wildlife in the back yard. Balcony was a plus!

We had a great experience staying at Reese’s Bearadise. We would recommend to anyone travelling with children. It was much nicer than staying in a hotel with a large family. We would book again in a heartbeat.

Best Place We Have Stayed! We absolutely loved this condo. When we first walked in the at home, cozy environment won me over. The place was beautifully decorated for Christmas and nothing was better than relaxing near the fireplace and watching a movie after a fun day shopping. The view was beautiful overlooking Christmas lights at night, but I especially enjoyed sipping my coffee in the morning on the balcony and watching the sweet ducks swim in the river. Lovely condo and we look forward to returning again!

Had a great stay and the condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable and all that we needed. Was close to so many amenities and centrally located. Quiet complex in the fall and very relaxing to come back to after a lot of hiking and activities. Would definitely stay here again!

One small complaint. Had a small trailer and found out when I got there that no trailers were permitted in the parking lot!

Thank you so much for your review! We apologize for the confusion, the rental agreement states that no trailers can be brought to the rental property. Sometimes there aren't enough spaces in the parking lots during peak seasons for trailers. We hope that this will not deter you from staying with us in the future.

Excellent Found condo #406 to be very clean & accommodating to our needs. It was tastefully decorated to fit in with country theme of Pigeon Forge and surrounding area. We left the condo exactly as we found it,everything clean & neat, everything in its place. God Bless.

Perfect Vacation Everything was exactly as described. We were also able to watch the nightly Dollywood fireworks from our balcony, which was an added bonus! We will definitely be staying again.

Great condo. Immaculately clean. Great location. Love the kitchen renovation and other updates. Comfortably furnished and decorated. Master bedroom was pretty warm. An AC unit there or tube up on the den unit to put colder air out would be appreciated. The standing fan was helpful. AC in 2nd bedroom worked great!! We had a good stay :)

Wonderful place to stay!!! This condo was the best!!! It was perfect for our few days in Pigeon Forge. My mom and her sister along with each daughter had a wonderful time. It was so nice to have the living room and kitchen to make it feel like we were at home. We made precious memories there. It was beautifully decorated and so very clean. We hope to be back soon.
