Location was wonderful, easy access to things but away from the hustle so that it was quiet. We ended up arriving a day earlier than planned and they happily accommodated us for another night (very thankful!). The AC was not working properly when we first arrived, they made sure to have someone come out and fix it promptly (someone also reached out afterwards to make sure it was fixed and we were doing well). The cabin was very clean and modern. It was a wonderful stay, i plan to book again for future trips to TN.

Great location to everything in Pigeon Forge. We had plenty of space (1 adult and 2 kids). My youngest didn't love sleeping on the sleeper sofa as it wasnt very soft / snuggly. Otherwise, we had a great time.

great getaway The condo when we arrived looked exactly as it did in the photos! We were very happy with the location and the ease of getting to the cabin. The beds were super comfortable-actually better than the one I have at home. The hot tub was very clean and we used it a few times. We would have loved to have used it more but by the time we got home at the end of the day we were ready for bed. The rental agency was terrific to deal with and getting the door code was super simple, they even texted a few times during our trip to touch base and make sure we did not need anything. We will for sure book again with Colonial Properties and Resort!

Our family absolutely loved this cabin and how close it was to all attractions in area! Less than 10 minutes to get to Dollywood and all dinner shows. It was also only less than 30 minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg Shoppes. We had a great time and the cabin was very clean! Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for us to be. The location is great, near everything from the restaurants, shops and entertainment in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and a short car ride ti Gatlinburg. Everybody loved the cabin and everything it provided. Loved having 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath for convenience. Game room was great to play some old time games on our down time as well as soaking in the hot tub. We definitely will be back. The communication and help from the office staff couldn't have been better and they were the most accommodating. Thank you for helping make our trip that much better.

New Year stay Beautiful, clean cabin with nice view of mountains perfect for small family of 5 to 6. Good pizza shop and general store at front of complex. About a mile from Parkway strip of Pigeon Forge. Definitely will be back to Bearadise Cove!

Decided to "run away" and found the perfect place. It was clean, exactly how described, and the perfect location! My only request would be to provide enough silverware for the amount of people listed in the house(there were 3 butter knives and 4 forks in the house) and maybe provide a mop or swiffer so it is easier to keep the floors clean. Overall, we really enjoyed the house, the area, and the rental company was a dream to work with. Will definitely be back and would recommend to others.

What a great week! We booked a last minute vacation for a week and could not have been happier. The property was perfect for our family. Large enough that we had our own space yet cozy enough to really enjoy our family time. We loved the hot tub, but the video games were a hit for all. They proved to be a great way to spend time together. And there was no beating the location. Close to everything, yet far enough away to feel like you were away from all the chaos of the main drag. My only thoughts on the house are that there was not enough silver ware to go around for the 3 of us without washing after every use, only 3 butter knives in the house and maybe have a few plastic cups for sitting outside and by the hot tub. We were nervous to bring any of the glassware outside. As for the property management, they were top notch Any issue, they were quick with a response. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them for our next trip

Great for family vacation! We took a trip with our sister and brother in-law and their little ones. The cabin was spacious and homey. The kids crashed on the couch/futon while the adults used the upstairs. Beautiful mountain views. 30 minutes to Gatlinburg and minutes away from Pigeon Forge attractions. This cabin is perfect for those wanting to stay near the mountains but still by attractions. Host was great as well. 10/10 recommend.

The cabin was in a community of cabins owned by Dollywood resorts so we got to use the pool and use the general store/pizza/bar down the road. 30 minutes to Gatlinburg and minutes away from Piegon Forge attractions. This cabin is perfect for those wanting to stay near the mountains but still by attractions. Host was great as well. 10/10 recommend.

This rental was great! Gorgeous view and everything was very tidy upon arrival. I did have a few questions that I had which I reached out to the text that had texted me saying I could reply with questions and no one got back to me until the next day but they may possibly have been closed. The pool wasn’t open and I was told upon asking that they had an indoor pool but they did not unfortunately (although I didn’t think they did because I did not see it on the listing, so no loss). Otherwise, this rental, view, cleanliness, location, etc. was amazing and we had a great experience. They even have a market and pizza restaurant in the neighborhood! So convenient after a long drive and you’re ready to just lay down! I would definitely come back to this rental! Don’t hesitate to book this listing, just do it! You won’t regret it!

We loved our experience at Bearadise Cove. The kids (10,14) were thrilled with the arcade games. The adults loved the cabin and secluded feel while still being close to everything. The only negative is that the pool is slightly too far away to walk (especially the uphill going back home) but everything else was great.

Bear Cove Cabin The cabin was exactly as shown on the website. Everything thing that one would need to still have all the comforts of home. Cabin management contacted me prior to my arrival remind me if there was any needs to contact them. There was a slight drain issue with the tub, however, it was immediately repaired. We were pleased with our stay. Would use them again.

A nice quiet spot to land. The cabin had all of the cooking utensils and equipment needed to make our stay comfortable including a kcup machine. The jacuzzi was a nice and relaxing add on! This location is close and convenient to everything. Looking forward to future stays!

Absolutely beautiful The layout is beautiful and homie feeling. The beds were very comfortable. The location was central and within 15 mins from Gatlinburg..3 mins from dollywood attractions..moments from stores and only a few mins from the national park and restaurants..We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin and the area..definitely will return
