Cabin was in a very scenic location, the host was very helpful with check in and check out process. The cabin had plenty of kitchen dishes and pots which was very helpful when traveling with kids. There was minor issues with cobwebs on indoor windows.

cabin is as described, mountain views are somewhat hindered by trees and other cabins in the vicinity, but overall it is beautiful and peaceful place to spend a few days with family and friends

The cabin was nice and homey feeling! Loved the hot tub and the jacuzzi tub! The cabin also has great view of the mountains! The road to the cabin is very winding since it’s on the mountain, so just be careful coming in if it’s dark!

I was thrilled upon our arrival at the property. Very clean and cozy. The roads were a bit treacherous but manageable to drive up to the cabin. We had so much fun in the outdoors hot tub....magnifico!! For sure will be back soon!!

My husband and I spent a week in this comfortable and cozy cabin. Cabin is as appears in images and makes for a perfect couples retreat. Great location. Communication with property management was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, rustic cabin Loved staying at this property!! Very cozy and comfortable. Conveniently located to local activities and close proximity to the Smokey Mountain National Park. Enjoyed all the amenities the cabin had to offer!! Was sad to have to leave.

The cabin was really great it felt so comfy and cozy I loved the fire place and the overall atmosphere it really was a nice mountain getaway for me and my wife for her birthday....the only thing that I could say for an improvement is the water was not hot enough for the jet bath upstairs so maybe an upgrade on the water heater but other than that it really was outstanding thank you so much for making my wife happy on her birthday overall 5 stars

The property was perfect for us! The hot tub, bath tub, view and everything was exactly what we were hoping for. Easy 10-15 minute drive to Gatlinburg and a great view of the Smoky's. Would come back again for sure!

This place is an absolute gem! It has a very homey feel and just minutes from everything. The view is stunning! 10 out of 10 would recommend! We cannot wait to go back and stay again. My 3 year old cried when leaving because she did not want to leave her ‘new home’ as she called it the whole stay.

Cozy cabin! This was our second time at this cabin, and we loved it! It provided everything we needed for our stay except food of course, but it’s location is really close to a grocery store and perfect distance between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Definitely going to book this cabin again next year!!

The cabin was clean and well stocked. It would have been comfortable for two couples. The pictures reflect the true appearance of the cabin. You are fairly close to other cabins not managed by the same management company.

The house had all amenities you need for a week; large beds, full kitchen, jacuzzi was perfect for Dec. weather! Good for a small group of 4 only; would have loved more space - house a little tight. Good location not along tourist area.

It was delightful. Even with the snowstorms. The property kept me up to date with everything going on. It was a wonderful vacation. My only complaint is there wasn’t enough hot water to take a bath on the jacuzzi tub and the downstairs bathroom smelled HORRIBLE.

Very cozy, although neighbors were up all hours of night and lighting off fireworks. Overall nice place to stay. Bed sheets and comforter was a little dirty. But overal a nice place to stay.

Awesome! We spent 6 nights in the cabin and our experience was fantastic! The cabin was extremely clean and very comfortable. Our kids (6 & 1) enjoyed the porch swing and hot tub! We definitely felt at home here! The road to travel to the cabin was easy to navigate, the area was quiet and well kept. We didn’t see any bears but did see some wild turkeys roaming!  We will definitely return to Smoky Mountain High in the future!

We had an amazing stay! Cabin was perfect, very clean, and we had everything we needed right there! Only bad thing was the cabin behind us was up ALL night playing music loud and screaming. Which was beyond our cabin rentals control, but I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone!

Took our family of 4 and the cabin was larger than I was expecting so that was nice! Would definitely stay here again! The cabin location to downtown Gatlinburg was a dream! So close!! But also just far enough that you don't know the city is even there! We had such a wonderful time. The only complaint I can even think of was that the hot tub outside wasn't very clean, there were clumps of hair floating around and zero chlorine tabs in the floating chlorine unit. The water actually smelled like mold.. The rest of the cabin and property was great! Would have been nice to relax in a clean hot tub after a long day of walking around downtown though, but the kids had a blast and will remember this forever!! That's what's most important!! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!

Cozy Cabin was great for me and my girlfriend!! We had a very nice time at the Smokey Mountain High cabin. Everything was very clean, the jacuzzi was very relaxing and my girlfriend loved all the bears on the interior and exterior designs of the cabin. Everything at least met if not exceeded our expectations.
