This place was AMAZING. I was so sad to leave. It’s beautiful. The view was amazing. Check in was easy. The driveway is super steep. But I got up it fine in my little sedan. It was very comfortable! Felt right at home. Would recommend this place to everyone!

We had a great stay at this cabin in Gatlinburg! The cabin was very clean when we arrived, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The amenities were excellent — everything we needed was available, and it made our stay easy and enjoyable. The space was also perfect for four people. It felt open and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded.The only downside was that there was some trash visible in the back area outside. It may not necessarily be the responsibility of the cabin owner or property management company, but it would still be great to have it cleaned up. When you’re enjoying the beautiful mountain views, seeing trash can take away from the experience a bit.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this cabin to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and spacious place in Gatlinburg!

We had the best cabin out there! It’s so clean when we arrived and they even had these amazing boxes full of things you may have forgotten at home! It was so thoughtful! They respond quickly when you reach out with any questions or concerns! I will be highly recommending Colonial to all of my family and friends. We can’t wait to come back next year!

This cabin was absolutely beautiful! Perfect location and cozy furnishings. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. My first morning there I was able to get up early and watch the sun rise through the large windows. We never saw any bears. However, a coyote did make an appearance. We felt very safe in this cabin and it was the best part of our trip.

This cabin has a wonderful view! We also saw bears every day. So exciting!!! The upstairs of this cabin is perfect. It is open, the kitchen is just the perfect size and you can see the mountains from anywhere. The second floor (where the bedrooms are) seems closed off but was perfect for us 2. I wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 couples. The hot tub is also on the bottom floor.

This cabin is everything we dreamed about and more! We spent a lot of time relaxing on the decks watching all the black bears coming to visit!!! The 4 of us enjoyed our stay and would stay here again next time! Colonial Properties were so nice to work with. Always there for you when questions needed to be answered. We took our first vacation since 2019. We decided to take our trip to Tennessee and the overall experience at Gatlinburg Treasure was affordable, beautiful, and relaxing. Cabin was clean and had all amenities needed. It's about a 10 minute drive to town and has an amazing view. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a peaceful get away!

I really liked the stay and we enjoyed the cabin a lot but the only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness and the neglected furniture, which was already very worn out and lacks maintenance in several areas of the cabin. It could be better if it was fixed. the details that look old!

I booked this property on pretty short notice, but the operator helped to make sure I had everything well in order in advance of my trip. While I did have a hiccup with the door code on arrival, the on-call staff helped me resolve the issue quickly with minimal disruption to the trip. The views of the town and mountains from upstairs were unbeatable, and we loved the amenities. Would absolutely stay here again.

Overall the cabin was great it had a few mishaps with the Hotub being warm instead of hot and one of the downstairs showers did not have hot water but we made do. The driveway is pretty hard to get up and definitely don’t recommend driving a little car because it will scrap, luckily I read the reviews before coming and brought a suv. Overall the cabin was definitely a good cabin especially for the price would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was very clean and most things needed were provided. The only thing we did not bring with us that was not already there was wash cloths. The view of the city was great. The driveway was pretty steep but since there was no rain/ice we made it up without too much difficulty. The property managers had to send someone out to assist us twice for various reasons and both times they were quick, efficient and friendly.

The location was super! Close to OberGatlinburg and close to the city. It was super cool to see the light Skytram going by all day and into the night. The cabin was very clean and the concierge service was super helpful.

Celebrated my husband's 50th birthday at this cabin with some friends. Beautiful cabin and beautiful views from inside as well. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time! Only problem we had was trying to find the exact address on the road. Not marked and narrow roads way up on the mountain, hard to turn around. Finally went straight up a steep driveway that had a colonial property sign at the bottom is how we found it. Not marked good..outside that, it was all perfect!

The cabin is on the mountain so it's a fun drive time get there. We seen so many bears, even while sitting on the deck/balcony! It's a short drive to town where all the action is. We went with friends so it was nice having two bedrooms that were the exact same so we didnt have to argue over who gets the primary bedroom. They both had sliding doors that lead to the porch with a hot tub! The only thing we didn't like was the stairs. The upstairs is your kitchen, dining area, living room, pool table and a bathroom. Downstairs has both the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The stairs are a spiral and not very wide and didn't feel too sturdy. My husband has bad knees and was not a fan of having to go up and down them, especially at night after a few drinks. Overall it was a cute cabin! I just wouldn't recommend for older people or anyone with a hard time going down stairs.

We loved the cabin but we had booked for 2 nights. Paid over 800$. It was supposed to snow 7 “ that night so we left in fear we couldn’t get out of driveway and down mountain cause it was a steep driveway. I’m glad we did because it did snow that night and we would have been stuck. Lost money but we really would have loved to stay. Nice cabin. Then we low-fat whole bag of souvenir t shirts in bedroom. Still waiting to see if clean up crew turned them in so we can get them mailed to us

My husband and I had a rare chance for a quick weekend getaway and given the lack of time to plan, I couldn’t have been more thrilled with how excellent this stay was from start to finish. Very clean, cozy, easy to check in, views were absolutely gorgeous, well taken care of and the management service was the cherry on top. There were no major issues just a faucet we couldn’t figure out how to turn on, and the fireplace wasn’t on when we got there. I texted the management number and they replied within minutes and had both things resolved right away. Like I said neither were huge issues I was super concerned about, but it’s always so nice to have such responsive care even over the little stuff. Will definitely be staying again

Great Little Weekend Getaway My husband and I just went for a quick weekend getaway. The cabin was beautiful and views were incredible. Very cozy cabin, everything worked great and very clean. The service was absolutely phenomenal- had one faucet we couldn’t get to work and the fireplace wasn’t working when we arrived. I sent a text to the number of the management and they responded within minutes, and had both things resolved immediately. Can’t speak high enough of them and their friendliness and promptness. Made a great stay even better. Will definitely be back again.

The house was only an 8-10 minute drive down the mountain to Gatlinburg, but in the house we felt so far away. It was an awesome experience and we will be back again. With beautiful views out of huge windows, a really nice and clean cabin, a pool table for fun, and really comfortable beds, we got the best comfort and amenities while feeling like we were outdoors in a way. We called a few times with questions and the office was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend.

This was the perfect house for my family of four. The teenagers loved playing pool and hanging in the hot tub. We saw two bears! My only complaint is that the ice maker wasn't working. But we had a fantastic time!

This was a great place to stay. We enjoyed our time here! Note for future guests: Bottom floor/2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms; porch and hot tum. Top floor/Kitchen, living room, pool table, washer and dryer, bathroom and balcony/porch. Driveway is steep but most all in this area are! We loved the location!!! Loved the house!!! Would stay again and recommend!

Excellent Picture this; a cold January day, you walk in to a rustic cozy cabin. You warm yourself up by the fireplace and turn yourself to the livingroom with floor to ceiling windows where you are comforted with snow tipped peaks of the Great Smokies! Beautiful views, close to downtown! Clean, convenient & a fun place (pool table)! Definitely recommend!

We rented this property for Thanksgiving week. The view was amazing. The driveway is pretty steep, but luckily we had 4 wheel drive. There is not a basic pantry available, so make sure to bring all supplies (salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc.) The drive to Gatlinburg was short and sweet, and the drive to Pigeon Forge was gorgeous. I highly recommend renting an ATV and going through the Smoky Mountain trails. That was so much fun for us. Chesapeake's and Cherokee Grill are highly recommended for dining while there.

Had a great time in this super cozy cabin. The view of Gatlinburg was amazing. Just remember when you go to bring your own supplies, and the driveway is very steep. I have an all wheel drive SUV, if I drove a car I don't think it would have made it up the driveway.

From the reservation process to check out everything was great. We stayed in Gatlinburg Treasure it was perfect for us the cabin was very close to downtown Gatlinburg, had all the amenities we wanted and even had a sauna. Has an amazing view especially at night seeing all the lights in Gatlinburg. We got up early to watch the sunrise on the porch with a cup of coffee and seen a mama bear and her cubs walking down the driveway. We would stay here again. Absolutely no complaints.
