Everything was wonderful at Bear's Den! It was beautiful, cozy, and very clean. I loved all of the special attention to the decor. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. It was private yet conveniently close to anywhere that we wanted to go. I wish we could've stayed longer! 5+ stars!

My family of 6 enjoyed everything Bear’s Den had to offer. Love the bear theme though out this cozy yet roomy cabin. The Game room was a hit for the teens and we all enjoyed evenings relaxing in the hot tub- which was very clean btw. Even the jetted tub upstairs was enjoyable!! Love the personal touch Colonial Properties offers- little box with soap/shampoo in the bathrooms and one for the kitchen too. Bear’s Den was very clean. The staff at Colonial Properties were exceptional with their southern hospitality and always just a phone call or text away. I will definitely come stay again!! Thank you!!

My wife and I had a fantastic time it was the first time visiting the area and it was overwhelming at how much there was to do. We had to switch cabins at the start of our stay due to some unforeseen issues, but the team at Colonial Properties went over and above to resolve the issue! The Bears Den was a lot of fun especially with the little hidden gem the arcade game brought back old memories. The covered wrap around deck was fantastic since we did get a bit of snow during our stay and can’t forget the hot tub was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend Colonial Properties!! We will definitely be back!!

The Bear's Den is a beautiful cabin. Wood from floor to ceiling! It was fairly private yet less than 10 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. There are several places to visit that are very close to the cabin. I recommend King's Family Distillery about 3 miles away if you are a fan of small batch liquor. We truly enjoyed our stay and can fully recommend the Bear's Den as comfortable and clean. The game room in the basement was a big hit and the hot tub on the porch was wonderful. A very nice experience overall.

Pigeon Forge Cabin We really enjoyed our stay. The leaves were changing colors and this cabin was only 5 miles from Dollywood. Very peaceful and relaxing stay. Bonus was the wrap around porch with rockers! Will stay here again. ❤️

Bears Den Decided on taking a last minute trip to Pigeon Forge for 3 nights. We had never been there before and rented Bears Den cabin. It is beautiful and did not disappoint. My teenagers loved the pool table, arcade machine and hot tub too. We will be staying there again the next time we come back.

We had a great time! The property was just as described. Just wished the hot tub would had been on when we got there. We had to wait for it to warm up for a whole day.

Great Cabin for a Getaway! We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Clean and nicely decorated. Beds (2 kings) were very comfortable. Our favorite part was spending our mornings for coffee and evenings for cocktails on the porch and surrounding decks. Tons of space with plenty of rocking chairs and porch swings. Lots of nice places around the two decks if you are just looking for a little quiet time to read, etc... Our time at this cabin passed way too quickly. Hated to leave....
