Deer Browse Hideaway

Putting Green, Movie Room and a Fire Pit in Pigeon Forge

A three-bedroom Pigeon Forge cabin where the fun spills from the media room downstairs to the backyard green outside.

Deer Browse Hideaway keeps a group of eight entertained from morning coffee to the last ember. A bright, open main floor gathers everyone around a stone fireplace, the lower level trades daylight for movie nights and pool games, and out back a private putting green, a fire pit and a long covered deck give the whole crew a reason to stay outside.

The Main Floor Gathering Space

A vaulted ceiling and a stacked-stone fireplace with a wood-plank mantel anchor the main room. Deep, cushy sofas and recliners form a big U around a reclaimed-wood coffee table, and glass doors lead straight out to the deck, so it is easy to drift between inside and out.

Kitchen and Dining

Crisp white cabinets, a tile backsplash and pendant lights give the kitchen a clean, cheerful feel, with plenty of counter space for a group breakfast. Next to it, a chunky farmhouse table with chairs and a bench sits beneath a glowing chandelier and a "Welcome" sign that says it all.

Three Bedrooms

Two bedrooms share the main floor. One has a king bed under a deer-print quilt, the other a king dressed in a bold tree-branch spread with a wood headboard. The third bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed and a stars-and-stripes quilt, a cozy pick for the night owls. A sleeper sofa makes room for an extra guest.

Three Full Baths

Each bath keeps things simple and bright, with tub-and-shower combos or a glass-door shower, so mornings move quickly even with a full cabin.

Media Room

Downstairs, a dark-walled media room is all about the big screen. Pile into the oversized bean bags, dim the lights and settle in for a movie marathon that feels like a private screening.

Game Room

Right next door, wood-plank walls frame a pool table under track lights, a tabletop arcade game with classic titles, a pub table with stools and a comfy sofa facing a mounted TV. A laundry room with a washer and dryer sits on this level too.

Covered Decks, Hot Tub and Fire Table

The main deck stretches across the back with a hot tub at one end and an outdoor dining table at the other. A covered seating area with wicker sofas, ceiling fans and a gas fire table becomes the evening hangout, and a wooden swing and a small bistro set offer quieter spots to watch the woods.

The Backyard

Below the deck, a fenced lawn of soft artificial turf holds a putting green with flags and a ladder toss game, while a stone fire pit circled by Adirondack chairs is ready for s'mores after dark.

Line up a putt in the afternoon, catch a movie in the bean bags at night, and end up around the fire pit: at Deer Browse Hideaway, the backyard is just as much a part of the vacation as the cabin.
