Hop Skip And A Jump

The house was big and roomy and was literally a hop skip and jump away from all the best places to go my family and I enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back !

Nice home. It has everything you need and things you didn't know you wanted. My family was very comfortable at this cabin.

Absolutely loved this property! Party of six girlfriends and everyone loved it. The pictures on the website and what you see in person is exactly the same! Beautifully decorated. Would definitely rent again! The contact between Colonial Properties and myself from beginning to end were awesome! They were always checking in and following up to make sure things were o.k. I would definitely rent this property again and the service and contact from Colonial Properties makes me want to always look for rentals through them. 100% satisfied.

Loved our stay. The cabin was in a beautiful location giving you the peace and quiet we were looking for. Beds were super comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Hop skip and a Jump! Awesome 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge up behind the craftsman area! The Two granddaughters had the 2nd floor with two bedrooms and a full bathroom and fun room! Downstairs is huge! Wife loved it so much we stayed 10 days instead of the 7 originally booked! Property was clean as a whistle! Very secluded but close to both towns with 3 different routes. Saw bears on 2 routes and a lot of turkeys on all 3! Colonial is the best!

Expect to be blown away. Very clean. Lovely intricate designs in each room.

This place was exactly as shown. Location was great, right in a quiet space away from the businesses of town. We loved sitting on the porch with our morning coffee. We also loved that this place had 3 comfortable King size beds!

LOOK NO FURTHER!! We loved this place. It has room for everyone. The king size beds are comfortable. Everything was very clean and when they say a fully equipped kitchen they mean it. We would stay again!!!

Beautiful place!! The entire place is set up with everything you could ever need. The back screened in porch is great for having breakfast and enjoying all the sounds of nature. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve great meals. It is a great place for gathering and enjoying family. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are very comfortable. The drive to Pigeon Forge is a little windy but it has great scenery along the way. I would recommend the place as a great get away and will book again next time our family wants to meet half way to catch up!!

A very private and secluded home.

A definite MUST!! The house is beautifully and modernly decorated with fun and entertaining touches.. Lots of privacy and quiet location with woodsy views. - Felt at home immediately. Check in was super easy too. Hope to return in the near future!!!

We lover the property so much that we have rented it multiple times. It is clean, spacious and remote but convenient to everything. We will continue to rent here time and again.

Definitely a place to spend time alone away from everybody to gather thoughts I recommend each and every one of you to stay here .

Our stay here was perfect! The house is just as pictured and very clean! Within a short driving distance of downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There was plenty of space for our group of 6. We utilized the grill and screened in porch for a lot of our stay. This was the perfect place for our relaxing getaway. Would definitely recommend!

This place is Amazing!

This was a very Nice House. The house was very clean and plenty of towels and wash rags for the 6 of us. The house was big enough for 6 people to sleep comfortably. I would stay here again.

Great Place for a nice Getaway to Gatlinburg.

The pictures doesn't do that house any justice. It's absolutely gorgeous! Every Bedroom had it's own style. the house was big enough for 6 people and the beds ere very comfortable and big. The dining area was big enough for a family for six. The place is just as described.

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of five. The location was out of the hustle and bustle, but not too far from everything we needed. We would defiantly stay here again.
