Key Bluff

The good: location! We had a couple neighbors but other than a porch light, maybe a rooftop, you couldn’t tell they were there. Only took about 10 minutes to get back to Pigeon Forge. The driveway took one try to feel comfortable but was super easy after that. The annex (arcade / man cave) building was really cool. We didn’t use it as much as we thought we would but that was just because of our schedule. The bad (but not that bad): Could use a few updated pans, a cookie sheet and I’m guessing the couch is on its last couple years. Definitely enough to make do and the couch was still cozy. The GREAT! We had ample room to spread out. Two adult couples and we each had our own floor but plenty of space to gather when we wanted to. The views were nicer than expected in Pigeon Forge. The fire pit was fantastic. The hot tub was a little larger than some I’ve seen. Definitely comfortable for 4 people.

Absolutely perfect place to stay for our family! The hot tub, pool table and fire pit were a great hit with our grands. We cooked in a lot so lovely to have a big well-stocked kitchen. It seemed like everything we needed was here! The laundry room was great as well! We had everything we needed and there were even books sitting around if you had time to read in Gatlinburg! Lovely decorating and the perfect 3 bedroom house. Space for privacy and quiet and community time. I found excellent communication from Colonial Properties as well. I could easily live in this house for life!

Key Bluff was the perfect size for our family! The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to do but still tucked away in a peaceful setting. We loved the modern design of the cabin. The fire pit was a cozy spot for evenings, and the hot tub was such a relaxing treat. The game room was a hit with everyone, and we couldn’t be happier with the help from Colonial Properties. We’re definitely planning to return!

Key Bluff was everything we hoped for and more. We spent most evenings around the fire pit, and the hot tub was the ultimate way to unwind. The cabin was modern, stylish, and had all the amenities we needed. The game room was a favorite for everyone! Colonial Properties went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. What a beautiful and spacious cabin! We come to PF/Gatlinburg every year, and this is our favorite cabin so far. The last time we visited, we used Colonial and loved that smaller cabin also; but Key Bluff is amazing! Also, we were very pleased at how property management checked in on us and were very responsive and attentive. We will be back. Thank you for making our special week so much easier!!

This property was everything advertised but so much nicer in person. It was so clean and well maintained. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. The views were understated. Very quiet and away from the busy areas but just a quick drive and you are in the middle of everything. We love Colonial Properties. They are the only ones we use when we visit the area. Best value and great properties.

We enjoyed our vacation here at Key Bluff, we will definitely be back! We came from Chicago, CT, MD, Del , PA for my my Grandaughter's HS Graduation in Knoxville. We felt at home here, and look forward to returning! Thank you for hosting us❤️

Fun relaxing and rejuvenating This place was the best air b&b I’ve stayed in my husband and I spent the week and had the greatest time from relaxing in the hot tub to playing pool or just laying down watching tv it’s super close to pigeon forge and Gatlingburg but far enough to be away from it all! I definitely recommend

House was beautiful! Loved the pool area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The arcade in the gameroom was a hit with us! The view from the front porch was good. Definitely would like to go back.

The perfect place! Key Bluff was indescribable, the cabin is big, open and beautifully designed! It was perfect for our family trip, we wanted something close to town to still get doordash but have Mountain View’s. The road is paved and easily accessible, the cabin has everything you need! We appreciated the abundance of towels!! My kiddos loved that they had room to roam outside! Definitely our favorite place to stay and we cannot wait to go back!

It's a Cabin to remember. My family and I had a weeks stay here just a day ago. There's so many things to say but all positive. Firstly the housekeeping service was fantastic. You could tell they worked really hard on making the place clean and presentable, thanks Maggie! Secondly, the Cabin is just beautiful and cozy. My family all loved it and felt at home away from home. We only had to call once while on our stay and they promptly took care of the matter. Oh and we had 3 small cubs come by so that was really cool just to see them. The drive to the cabin isn't a hard one if you're worried about being to far up the mountain.

Great location private setting! We really enjoyed our stay! The house was conveniently located! We enjoyed using the charcoal grill for dinners and having a campfire! The house was very clean. It also had a large covered porch that we really appreciated on the rainy day!

Very comfortable and beautiful! We had a wonderful stay at Key Bluff! The cabin was very beautiful and my girls loved it! Enjoyed teaching them how to play pool and just taking time to relax. The cabin was perfectly located for our liking with being just 10 minutes out of town away from all of the hustle of Pidgeon Forge but close enough to all that it has to offer. We would love to go back to Key Bluff again in the future.

Beautiful Cabin We so enjoyed our extended weekend at the Key Bluff Cabin! This very spacious rental is conveniently located within 15 minutes of town, but it's far enough away to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains. Very well maintained with lots of room and amenities.

Excellent My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful cabin. The rental folks were top notch! Wonderful easy service. I will be returning.
