Misty Morn

We had a wonderful experience with Misty Morn & the surrounding area. I found the cabin to be very clean other than some cobwebs, which I have in my own house. I did notice a rather musty smell downstairs though. However, I loved the cabin & upon returning next year I may definitely consider reserving the same cabin. I just hope that I did everything I was suppose to at checkout. We ran out of room in the outside cans, so we left remaining garbage in the kitchen can. Also hoping we did leave anything behind except a red towel of mine. I wanted to mention that you need a rubber bath mat in bathrooms, there was only one, but we had brought one of our own. Honesty I was very impressed with your company. 😊

Our stay was really relaxing and peaceful. We had everything we needed. When we showed up we had some issues with the door code but we called and everything got handeld very professionally and very fast. We have stayed now in 8 different cabins and all of them have been very clean and very relaxing. We will continue using colonial properties.

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen set up was amazing, we loved the access to the downstairs bedroom for easy unload and reload. Plenty of seating room and dining room inside and out. Our stay was pleasant.

Home Sweet Cabin! My family and I were so comfortable here. We had plenty of space. The hot tub was great, and the fireplace so relaxing. The large tvs with plenty of popular channels was a welcome sight. The decor and lighting was very pleasing. We had all the cookware, baking utensils, blender, coffee maker,mugs, glasses, bowls, plates, Callander,and cooking utensils We needed. There were boxes of body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the two bathrooms. A washer and dryer, Thermostats for each separate room. Plenty of windows, and patio doors to see the scenery outdoors. I really enjoyed sitting out on the two decks adjacent to the two floors, which had gliders and rocking chairs, and a table and chairs for dining. It was so peaceful and relaxing here. I miss it already, and want to return soon!

Excellent This was our first time staying in a cabin, and I must say we had an excellent experience. Everything we needed was there. The hot tub was great... much needed for the back😊. The cabin is beautiful, with all the conveniences of home. Gorgeous view of the Smokey Mountains from the deck. We were very thankful to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, as the road and drive are quite steep and could be challenging in inclement weather

Perfect Mtn Getaway We booked this cabin for a weekend 10-year anniversary. This home was BEYOND what we expected!! The location was great. You are tucked away in the woods, with no thorough traffic - but only 15 minutes from all everything. This cabin was immaculately clean. The house keeping needs a pat on the back, because everything was spotless. It was much bigger than just the two of us needed and would accommodate easily 2 families. We loved all the little extra "things" in the house. Pool table, hot tub, fireplace in the bedroom downstairs, games, books, etc. We could have easily stayed a whole week here! The property management company was super easy to work with (I had a little trouble with the ID verification link). Check in & check out was very easy. Overall, if you are looking for a wonderful, tucked away cabin this is a go too!

Perfect getaway l!! We had an amazing time at the cabin. A serene setting, that is secluded from the craziness of the parkway, yet still close enough in proximity to all the attractions. The patio/ outdoor firepit was a perfect way to finish each day sitting under the starry sky in the cool crisp air. The cabin itself was clean, had all the necessary amenities and was much larger than the provided pictures. The booking and check-in/check-out processes were easy and quick. We would certainly stay again.

Excellent Cabin with Basement Master Bedroom The cabin was very nice. The hubby loved the basement master bedroom. There were several different seating options outside, hot tub, arcade table and pool table. About 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge so the location was good too. We would definitely go back to this cabin.

We had issues with the tv’s not working but a repairman was sent out and the problem was fixed within 24 hrs. About 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge so the location was good too. We would definitely go back to this cabin.

Amazing property! Very clean and communication was wonderful! Our experience was cut short due to wild fire break out. The manangment called us and told use to prepare just in case of evacuation. Speaking to others they did not get notice from other property managers around the area. They were very understanding for us with the emergency and allowed us a refund for the days we were not able to complete within our stay! The only thing we had issues with was the wifi. It would drop vatious times throughout the day but its understandable because of the location we were staying. Will definitely come back whenever we get another chance to vacation. 5 stars!!!

I'm not one for writing reviews but this place was pretty awesome and thought I should share my experience. first the place exactly what you see in the pics. it was in excellent conditions and it has everything you need in the house including utensils for cooking out on the grill. It had scissors , flashlight, extra pillows and blankets. it had small kitchen appliances that we don't even own. the Hot tub was very secluded and the outside fireplace was cool. Perfect to sit out back and just relax. Our stay there was quite enjoyable. would go back for sure. It was just me and my wife but can easily accommodate another couple or if you have kids.

Pigeon Forge Adventure This house was fantastic and served all our needs! First drive up to the cabin was adventurous, but we’ll worth it. All the amenities you could want! My wife and her friend would like to request a full length mirror in the bedrooms or bathrooms and possibly shower mats in the shower/tub ( was a bit slippery). Overall this was a great cabin a fantastic vacation and we will be back!!

Absolutely best cabin resort rental company Absolutely loved our cabin. Robin helped booked me this cabin and was a great help. Robin is a great person to talk to if your interested in booking a cabin. Cabin&Resort rentals Colonial properties is a great place to book your cabin. Great company that takes pride in there cabins that they rent. I would rent from them again for sure.

This was a wonderful property. The cabin was immaculate, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The property is very private but minutes from all the fun activities and shops. My husband is disabled and needs to sleep in a recliner. This house has lovely comfy recliners which is rare for a vacation rental. We wish we had time to stay longer. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Mountain Cabin This cabin was new and pristine. The location was excellent. Secluded enough, but close enough to Everything. The cabin is actually bigger than the pictures represent. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
