Piper's Landing

The host was very welcoming. We decided to stay another night and was given a great rate. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen supplies. The Trolley has several stots close to this house

The house was very comfortable. We were grateful for the extra blankets! My husband suggests that the ceiling fan blades in the living room should be tightened. Other than that, we had a great stay.

the property was very clean, everything available, in the kitchen including extra blankets in the dresser drawers. host was very responsive to questions, garbage for outside was not easily labeled, being from out of town I dont think of bears so couldn't find the outside can. otherwise great place.

The property was clean and spacious. The location was convenient to downtown. There was minimal traffic noise and was mostly quiet. We had to purchase cleaning supplies like sponges and dish soap.

This was our second stay here and it was equally pleasant. We have stay at several rentals in Gatlinburg and for us this is our favorite. The unit is always neat, clean, and well appointed. The location is perfect. It is close to downtown and close to the action. We have stayed in rentals up the mountain and hated the drive up and down the mountain. My only improvement that I would recommend would be install a washer and dryer. The unit does not have a washer and dryer. But it is still an awesome unit. When we return to Gatlinburg we will stay here.

We had a great time here. The property was as listed clean, convenient to town, and roomy. We would stay again. The only add would be nice if it had a washer and dryer. Otherwise loved it.

The house was a short little walk into the one end of town. Very quiet area and a very short walk to some great smoked barbecue. The carpet on the steps needed a good shampooing but otherwise the house was very clean. The dishwasher leaked and put water all over the floor which we had to clean up and it didn’t get fixed while we were there so we had to hand wash the dishes. I assume they have taken care of that problem by now. I would stay there again.

The house is a lot bigger than we thought which was great. It's a short walk to food and fun and if you've brought your pet there's a field less than 40 yards to take them for walks. We'll definitely stay here on our next trip.

My fiancé and our took our dog to Piper’s Landing property for a long weekend in Gatlinburg. We loved the close proximity to the strip, walking to our destinations was usually faster than dealing with parking and traffic. The house was as advertised in the photos and perfect for our stay. Our favorite part was getting to hang on the second story balcony. My only complaint would be the water pressure in shower was very low.

Cozy property colocated in Gatlinburg at walking distance to all attractions and restaurants. Great getaway and hidden gem. Really clean, cozy and pet friendly. Has all amenities that you would need. Do recommend this property.

Headrick Family Spring Break Trip We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pipers Landing! We loved how close it was to downtown Gatlinburg. It also was easy to find and get around! This was the best overall rental we have stayed at in Gatlinburg. Fresh, clean, very well appointed, great location. We will definitely stay here again. Only thing lacking was washer and dryer in the unit.

Great location, slight walk to action We loved everything about this rental. It was a short walk to the action of Gatlinburg (15 min walk with kids). We were close enough to everything we wanted to see & do. Short drive to The Great Smoky Mountains also. Great communication with rental company. East to contact via phone call or text.

The home was well maintained. One of the cleanest properties we have ever rented for a vacation. Everything was very comfortable including the mattresses and pillows. Plenty of towels, wash cloths and good quality! Soaps, lotions, kitchen bags, dish washing detergent included. The kitchen was well well stocked with whatever you would need to prepare a meal. Not much privacy but we are familiar with the area and knew this when we rented. Being able to walk to the Parkway was the reason we selected this one. No washer and dryer, not deal breaker, but prefer to have one when we travel in the summer. We would rent again.
