We had a great stay. We loved the views. The beds were great and all the rooms were comfortable. The cabin was plenty of spacefor our group of 7.

We had a phenomenal day with colonial property. The cabin was as described if not better. The cabin even had a little arcade table that was really a big hit with the kids. We were able to see a few bears safely from our balcony and the location was nice and private. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family.

Weekend with family What can I say this cabin was as advertised. It looked exactly like what we saw on VRBO. We liked the screened in porch was very nice. The view is amazing,especially at night because all Gatlinburg is all lite up. Plenty of room, We had everything we needed for amazing weekend.

Amazing!! My family really had the best experience!!. We won’t be staying anywhere else when we visit! the chalet was clean, roomy, convenient location. We saw so many bears I couldn’t believe it!!! it was so cool! The pools were a nice size and very clean. So many things to do. The company was easy to contact for questions. I’ve been coming to Tennessee for the last 15 years. This will be our go to spot. Thank you so much!!

A Beary Good Time We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the Tree Tops.. The chalet was spacious & roomy, & comfy, cozy enough for a party of eight. And it had all of the amenities neccessary to satisfy our needs. The weekend was eventful, and to top it all off, we had the pleasure of watching the bears up close. We will definitely be back.

This was the perfect spot of 8 adults and 2 two year olds! We seen 2-3 bears each day and even had one get in one of our vehicles- made sure the doors were locked after that! The parking spaces were very small but we were able to fit 3 vehicles. The refrigerator didn’t stay super cold while people were in and out of it but would cool back down over night.

The house was perfect for our week long stay to celebrate Christmas holidays. Everyone was comfortable and we were able to spread out and enjoy being together. The roads getting to the house were steep and could be bad had there been icy roads. Good thing we experienced unseasonably warm temperatures.

Treetops Cabin—an amazing place to for family What can I say other than wow! All 13 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And a momma bear and three cubs on night one was unbelievable. They were literally knocking on the front door. The sunrise was beyond belief and the view was beautiful. Cabin was immaculate. Only wish was if we could have only stayed longer. Thank you again for letting us experience a wonderful weekend together under one roof.

This property is located on top of a mountain or halfway. The cabin was beautiful, especially with the surrounding of nature, the trees, different colors this time of year were beautiful. We were able to see birds, squirrels, and 2 black bears which seemed to be very curious as one was able to get into my son's truck because of the window being rolled down with 2 honey buns in the floorboard wrapped up into plastic bags that were forgotten about. We had breakfast that morning and I don't know if it was the smell of food cooking or if they had been fed at this property before; our family left to go to Gatlinburg Center to do shopping and when we came back they were 2 muddy bear paw prints that were on the door of the cabin. This was scary and I would advise that someone makes sure that prior or future renters DO NOT FEED THE BEARS.!!!!! Looking back, after our stay, the cabin, surroundings, and location were beautiful. I would highly recommend anyone stay in this cabin if you are a true nature lover, which we all are. Thank you and God Bless for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin.

This cabin is great! We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, large living room with ample seating, and semi-mountain view. The hot tub was clean and worked well. The screened in porch was always shaded and private. We saw a bear ever day during our stay! This cabin is older, but it was perfect for our large family. This cabin is high up the mountain, and the roads leading to it are steep in some areas, so be prepared! My only complaint is the two parking spots. We had three vehicles, but we managed to make it work.

Beautiful Cabin This cabin is absolutely beautiful ! There was plenty of room and it was well stocked. We loved watching a mother bear and her four cubs play and climb trees. . I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful cabin. Plenty of room. Nicest place we have ever stayed in 30+ years of coming to Gatlinburg. Also, the closest I have ever gotten to heaven. It is up there! This cabin also has the cleanest hot tub we have ever had and, it worked great. I would definitely go back.

Very Good Had a great stay at Tree Tops. From the moment I picked up pool pass cards to the end of vacation when I returned the cards, everybody that I dealt with was extremely helpful & friendly. The location of the cabin was great for the numerous things we were able to experience. The cabin was a great size for all 10 of us visitors and all ages there enjoyed the spacious house. Did see bears everyday...which was pretty cool (from a distance...lol) Thanks for the cabin to enjoy Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge...looking forward to another trip to TN.

Renting was extremely easy, and for the most part, we got a response quickly to answers. Our only issue with the cabin was the cleanliness. It could definitely use a through dusting. The air vent behind the chair hadn’t been cleaned in probably a year. Ceiling fans, baseboards and furniture also need a good dusting, and the spiderwebs up in the windows need to be vacuumed. Other than that, we had a great time. We were hoping to see a bear and we weren’t disappointed! The first day we saw a momma bear and her 2 cubs right across the street. After that, we saw at least one every day we were there. Twice we opened the door and were greeted by a bear 2 feet from the front door! You definitely need to watch out for that and keep the doors locked. We had car trouble on our last day and we’re lucky that we were able to extend our stay one more night. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was a good fit for 6 adults and 2 teenagers. Most of the group took advantage of the hot tub. We saw black bears near the cabin every day including 2 cubs. Use caution when opening the front door! Suggest upgrading the charcoal grill!

This property was great for our group of 7 adults. We chose it because it had 4 King beds. Nobody wants to sleep on a pull out sofa! We enjoyed the screened in porch and all of the bear sightings. If I had to pick a negative it would be that there weren’t any Mountain View’s from the property. Maybe in the fall when the leaves aren’t on the trees... BUT otherwise it had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

GREAT STAY Such a great cabin with ample amounts of space and everyone had their own bed. It snowed a few inches our first night there and we were at the very top of the mountain so make sure to have 4WD! Check in and out was effortless. Great place to stay!

Great family get-together for Thanksgiving. Lots of close-up bear sightings!! House was perfect size for our family. Loved the great room and eating area. Speaking from 1st hand experience, an additional “bear-a-cade” would be helpful on the hot tub gazebo. Ha!
