This two-bedroom, two-bath Pigeon Forge condo is so relaxing, you might never want to leave. But if you can tear yourself away from the luxurious seating, comfy beds and top-notch amenities, you’ll find that Dollywood is right next door! Treetop Bungalow accommodates up to six guests with ease.
Living Room
Start a fire in the stacked stone fireplace and decide: Will you curl up on the chocolate leather sofa or the cinnamon suede loveseat? You can’t lose, either way! This supremely comfortable living area soothes the senses, with rich, dark wood flooring, calming dove-gray walls and a view of the trees through the French doors.
Put your feet up and enjoy shows, movies and sports on the flat-screen TV. Try that new series you’ve been meaning to check out!
Kitchen
With plenty of counter space, a double sink, and a bar counter, this open plan kitchen is laid out to make food prep easy. The pretty tile backsplash and blonde wood cabinets make this kitchen beautiful, too! You have all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need, whether you’re creating your family’s favorite dishes or just packing a simple picnic.
Dining Area
The roomy dining area is home to an old-fashioned wooden dining table with elegantly curved legs. Classic Windsor chairs provide seating for six hungry diners. Two tall seats at the kitchen bar counter add extra seating options. Windows surround the dining area on two sides, making the space bright and cheerful. Break out the board games after dinner and challenge the kids to a Monopoly tournament!
Bedrooms
Step into the master bedroom and take in its centerpiece–a whole wall of windows soaring high, reaching up to the peak of the cathedral ceiling! This breathtaking feature gives you views of the woods and private access directly onto the balcony outside.
The decor here is all about contemporary, understated elegance. The queen bed awaits, beneath snowy covers. The cream-colored dresser and tables give you space to unpack, so you can settle in and feel more at home. Stay up finishing a movie as you like, without disturbing anyone, thanks to the bedroom’s flat-screen TV.
The master bath has a shower stall. Nearby, set in its own nook with windows all around it, is a deep, jetted tub big enough for two. Pour some wine, climb in, and soak your cares away.
The second queen bedroom features a graceful metal bedstead reminiscent of early 20th century homes. Furniture with a distressed white finish adds to the antique farmhouse feel. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combo.
Outdoor Spaces
Dollywood fans, take note: The view from this covered balcony takes in tall trees, mountain ridges–and the swooping track of a Dollywood roller coaster! Bring your morning coffee or lunch out here, where the table and four cushioned chairs make it easy to dine alfresco. Fresh, crisp air always whets the appetite!

A: Hi Cortney, thank you for reaching out. This property is located on the first floor, and this complex does not offer an elevator.
Very nice place to stay! Plenty of space for the 5 of us, great views, clean, had everything we needed. Fun to watch the roller coaster at Dollywood. I would definite stay here again!
The space was great for our family of four. It was great to be on two different levels and have social space. The balconies were lovely, as well. We even had a chance to jump in the pool once. It was easy to get to and nice to be away from the Gatlinburg traffic. Plus, the location was ideal for getting to other activities and hikes. We had a couple issues trying to get onto the internet and another matter. Colonial Properties responded to texts even in the evening hours. We appreciated their availability.
