Vacation Destination is a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo rental equipped with all necessary amenities for a relaxing vacation, accommodating up to eight guests, featuring a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living room, situated just one block away from the main Parkway providing easy access to all the best attractions in Pigeon Forge.
Living Room
This is the ultimate vacation for some quality time! Step inside this charming condo and you’re greeted by a spacious floor plan with plenty of natural light.
Cuddle up in front of the fireplace, read a good book, or binge-watch your favorite movies on the large flat-screen TV.
The living room also provides you with convenient patio access, where you can enjoy a steaming morning cup of coffee!
Kitchen
This charming, fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for culinary #selfcare. All you need to do is pack the food! Pull out your favorite recipes or exercise your index finger as you call in orders to the local delicious eateries. Either way, this kitchen has you covered!
All cookery, flatware, and dishes are included for your convenience.
Dining Space
The centrally located dinner table can seat up to six and is a great place to pass around dishes family-style or have a family game night! Vacation is all about #familytime!
Bedrooms
All three of the bedrooms are lovely and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and flat-screen TVs. The master suite also has an oversized jetted tub, for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing!

Make sure to pack your swimsuits, pool toys, and sunscreen! There are an outdoor seasonal swimming pool and an indoor pool available all year long. There’s even a fun-filled playground! Your kids will love this condo!

With all the luxury that Vacation Destination has to offer, you might not ever want to leave the condo. But if you do, you are within minutes of any convenience that Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg has to offer, from charming local eateries to grocery shopping, to entertainment.

Swimming Pool
Access to the community pool is provided and managed by a third-party company. Colonial Properties is not responsible for pool maintenance or closures. The outdoor swimming pool is generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting. The indoor swimming pool is open year-round.

Everything as advertised Clean unit. Easy check in. Tvs and wifi all worked good. Kids enjoyed the pools/play area. Safe, well lit area. Super close to the main strip road. All amenities that you need are included in the condo. Would def stay here again.
