What A View!

Everything about our stay at "What a View" in Gatlinburg was amazing! We found the views to be even better than at Anakeesta! Our family enjoyed the hot tub, occasional bear sightings, and enjoying each other's company on both of the decks. The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and had such a cozy feel! The drive to downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge was super quick and easy. The welcome kits with toiletry items were a great touch! We will definitely be back! Thank you Colonial Properties!

Beautiful cabin and even more beautiful views!!! My family and I LOVED this cabin and the experience. We even saw 2 bears nearby and the Mountain View’s were just amazing. The cabin is honestly bigger than what it looks in the picture which was awesome and the bathrooms with showers in every room was a huge plus! It was well equipped with everything we needed. My only complaint was that some of the towels in the bathrooms were stained but otherwise everything else was perfect.

The place is true to the name, WHAT A VIEW! Such a wonderful time, so peaceful, the fall foliage was so beautiful. If you want to just relax and do nothing but sit on the deck and look at the view or sitting in the hot tub this is the place. Second year coming and will definitely be back next year! Highly Recommend this for your fall getaway or any getaway. The staff is GREAT, checking to see if you need anything nothing negative here at all.

"What a View" is such an appropriate name. The advertised pictures are accurate and the entire home was very clean. Yes - stay here! BEDROOMS: There are 3 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom w/walk in shower. One is on the main floor (i.e. no steps) and 2 are downstairs. Note: no hair dryer, so pack yours. BATHROOMS: 4 bathrooms (3 bedrooms one off kitchen) Adorable welcome boxes with starter soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Well stocked TP :) KITCHEN: Updatead and clean kitchen. Also a cute welcome box with small dish soap, new sponge and 2 laundry pods. Note: because this is a managed property it is void of other guests "left over" supplies (which is a pro and con. It keeps it clean, but didn't have things like tin foil, spices, etc..which is fine, just good to know before you get up the big hill. There is a grocery store in town where you can pickup these items. LIVING ROOM: Cozy, comfortable chairs and couches. There is a gas fireplace (but, we couldn't figure out how to use it and were only there 2 days, so I didn't bother calling). You can get the full view of the mountains from inside the house with a wall of sliding glass doors. Also a TV area downstairs. THE DECKS: Decks with chairs on each level make enjoying the outdoors easy. There is a hot tub on the lower deck which we took advantage of 1 night. It was very clean.THE COMMUNICATION: Amazing - one of the best I've had with a short term rental. Emails and texts always keeping you updated.

Our stay was perfect! The house is clean and the layout worked perfect for 3 couples. We really enjoyed the deck and the outdoor furniture is very comfy. We will be back.

Where do I start, we fell in love with everything about this home. The view was amazing! The beds were very comfortable in all of the bedrooms. We loved the fact that each room had full bathrooms in every room along with an extra full bathroom upstairs. The bonus movie room was very comfy along with the upstairs living area. The kitchen had everything we needed! The location was great close to everything! We most definitely will be returning!
