Living Area

In the open plan main level, conversation flows easily wherever you are. The living area’s centerpiece is the stunning, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, flanked by windows on both sides. Flop onto one of the buttery-soft leather sofas and binge all the movies, sports and shows you crave, on the flat-screen TV. Thoughtful touches evoke the Appalachians, like the handcrafted quilt on display, and the bear-themed decor. Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen gives you all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need. Trendy black countertops and blonde wood cabinets add style. You’ll add local zest to your vacation meals!

Dining Area

Whether you’re dishing up home cooking or takeout, food arrives on the dining table piping hot, because it’s just steps from the kitchen. This table is the hub of the open main level. It’s a perfect spot for playing board games, crafting with the kids, or laying out a casual buffet lunch while you watch the big game. How about a build-your-own taco bar with all the fixings?

Bedrooms

Two luxurious bedrooms both have king mattresses for ultimate comfort, in elegant, old-fashioned sleigh beds. Slip beneath the colorful quilts and gaze at the beautiful wood all around you, from the exposed beam ceiling down to the gleaming floor.

Both bedrooms offer plenty of storage space, thanks to large and lovely dressers. Go ahead and unpack–you’ll feel right at home! Both rooms feature flat-screen TVs so you can watch favorite shows from the comfort of your bed. Two full bathrooms give everyone space to get ready for a day of hiking, shopping, or shows.

One bedroom boasts a romantic bonus: You’ll find a deep, jetted bathtub nestled in its own nook by the bed. Pour a glass of wine, fill the tub and let the warm water massage you.

Need more options for a good night’s rest? A sleeper sofa conceals a queen-sized bed.

Game Room/Bonus Living Area

The loft will dazzle you with its bright, airy feel! The high cathedral ceiling soars over this space, letting in the sunlight from the unusual triangular window overhead. Stretch out on the leather sofa, or snack at the convenient cafe table.

You’ll need to fuel up for hours of fun shooting pool and playing air hockey. An electronic darts game does more than just keep score, it comes with dozens of darts variations to try. An arcade-style video game console is loaded with classic games.

Outdoor Spaces

The wraparound deck practically begs you to spend time outside, kicking back in a wooden rocking chair or reading on the porch swing. Ample seating makes it easy for everyone to gather in the fresh air. Pick up some down-home Tennessee BBQ to eat at the full-sized picnic table.

The deck is also home to the soothing hot tub, ready to melt your cares away in bubbling water.

Access to the community pool is provided and managed by a third-party company. Colonial Properties is not responsible for pool maintenance or closures. The outdoor swimming pool is generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting.The indoor swimming pool is open year round.
