A Peaceful Getaway is a three-bedroom cabin in Pigeon Forge that can accommodate up to eight guests and features ample windows providing forest views, as well as a screened porch and open deck for privacy while enjoying the mountain air.

Living Room

The natural stone fireplace reaches from floor to ceiling, creating a striking centerpiece for the living room. The soothing décor includes honey-toned wood trim, a gorgeous wood floor and an inviting leather couch that’s a perfect spot for watching the flat screen TV. A comfy glider rocker and plump armchair complete this great hangout spot. Want to get a little closer to nature? The fully screened porch is right outside the living room, just steps away.

Kitchen and Dining Area

For ultimate convenience, the main level’s open plan puts the kitchen and dining area adjacent to the living room. You can chat with the chef and watch the kids playing games at the table while you’re kicked back, enjoying the rocking chair nearby. The fully equipped kitchen boasts everything you need to make full meals together, or just to brew coffee and make toast for breakfast out on the screened porch or upstairs on the deck. This galley-style kitchen includes a convenient counter that seats four and is a great spot for eating a snack or prepping food for cooking.

Next to the kitchen and just feet from the living room is the dining area, decorated with country charm. The oval wood table rests on a classic braided rag rug. Windows surround the dining area so you can enjoy the view while you eat. The table seats four to five in Windsor style chairs.

Rec Room

Upstairs, the entertainment room features another TV, for watching movies, catching up on shows, or checking out sports. Everyone will want to crash on the leather couch and in the super soft leather recliner. A full-sized air hockey table is sure to keep kids and adults active for hours. Just outside the entertainment room is an open deck with a huge hot tub that fits six to eight people. The tub overlooks the forest below, making it a relaxing spot for lingering.

Bedrooms

The main level bedroom, with its queen bed and two-toned bedstead and dresser, is a study in cool simplicity. This bedroom has its own private, full bath. A second queen bedroom with bath is upstairs.

The luxurious master suite with full bath upstairs provides plenty of space, plus lots of light from the generously sized windows under a high cathedral ceiling. A jetted tub in the master bedroom is ready to soak away your cares. The suite also gives you totally private access directly onto an upper level deck—slip outside on your own to relish the view solo, or with your sweetheart. Don’t forget to bring some locally made fruit wine to sip.

Outdoor Spaces

The screened ground-level porch keeps bugs away and gives you shade on hot days and an enclosed way to be outdoors even on damp days. The open, upper-level deck wraps around the cabin for more space and more views. Be sure to try the gas grill for tasty meals, and spend time in the lovely wicker chairs around the porch table.

Other Amenities

Renting A Peaceful Getaway gives you free access to the nearby seasonal swimming pool. Bring your bathing suits and water toys and get ready to swim and splash (or just chill by the poolside!).

Swimming Pool

Access to the community pool is provided and managed by a third-party company. Colonial Properties is not responsible for pool maintenance or closures. The pool is generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting.

Pet Policy

This property is dog-friendly. A non-refundable fee of $50 per pet is due when a reservation is made. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outdoors and crated when left alone in the property. The reservation holder is responsible for any damages or additional cleaning caused by the pet.
