When is Dollywood Open?

Dollywood throws open its gates for the year on March 8, 2024. Come on in! 

March, April and May: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. The park is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 9 - May 2.  

June, July and August: June 1 - 14, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.; June 15 - Aug. 10, 10 a.m. - 11 p.m.

Aug. 11 - Sept. 8: Check schedules because closing times vary. Closed most Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Sept. 9 - Oct. 28: 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily.

Oct. 29 - Oct. 31: Closed while Dollywood puts on its holiday finery! 

Nov. 1 - Jan. 5: 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, when Dollywood is closed. 

Festivals in Every Season

Mar. 9 - Apr. 14: I Will Always Love You Music Festival. Named for Dolly’s beloved, classic song, this festival honors songwriters. Headline shows feature noted singer-songwriters and new artists will share their heartfelt songs. .

Apr. 19 - June 9: Flower & Food Festival. The park bursts into bloom! Tens of thousands of colorful blossoms in stunning displays fill Dollywood. Chefs create delicious new dishes to tempt you. Look for specialties made with fresh, local ingredients. 

June 15 - Aug. 11: Smoky Mountain Summer Celebration. Look up! Incredible lighted drones create ever-changing pictures in the night sky! Join the Sweet Summer Nights Dance Party with DJs spinning tunes and dancers leading the way. After the summer festival ends, the dancing and drones keep partying on Aug. 17, 18, 24, 25, 31 and Sept. 1. 

Sep. 9 - Oct. 28: Harvest Festival. Grinning jack-o-lanterns glow at every turn, in this autumn celebration featuring Great Pumpkin LumiNights. Expect smiles, not scares!

Nov. 1 - Jan. 5, 2025: Smoky Mountain Christmas. Holiday songs fill the air while the park glitters with millions of lights. Enjoy sweet treats, seasonal shows and a visit with the Jolly Old Elf himself, Santa!
