Just turn at traffic light #7, and you'll find the parking lot with trolleys ready to go. This central location makes accessing any of the trolley routes easy and stress-free.

For the best value, consider purchasing an All-Day Pass for just $3.00, which allows unlimited rides on all routes throughout the day. Please note that All-Day Passes are available only at the Pigeon Forge Trolley Office and are not valid on Gatlinburg trolleys.

  • North Parkway, South Parkway, Gatlinburg Welcome Center, Wears Valley: $1.00 per ride

  • Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country: $2.50 per ride

  • Children (3 years and younger): Free

Remember to bring exact change, as trolley drivers cannot make change for fares.

The trolleys operate from 8:00 AM to midnight from early March through December, and from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM from early January through February. Please note that the trolley does not run on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.

Parking is available at the Mass Transit Trolley Station at Patriot Park in the Old Mill District (236 Old Mill Ave.), with limited free parking available. Additional free parking can be found at the River Lot (2936 Teaster Lane) and the Mountain Lot (2989 Teaster Lane), both with nearby trolley stops. The closest trolley stop to the Mountain Lot is at the south end of the LeConte Center, accessible via a pedestrian bridge. Additional parking is also available at the Municipal Parking Lot located on Teaster Lane.
