What's New in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge 2025?

Your Smoky Mountains vacation gets bigger and better in 2025, with these terrific new attractions slated to open this year!

1. Scooby Doo Mystery Putt

Two mini golf courses, Coolsville Cemetery and Coolsville Mine, boast 36 holes of golf with Scooby-themed surprises. Don’t miss the gem mine where you can pan for real treasure. 

2. The Crayola Experience

Dozens of hands-on activities include making a melted wax creation, naming a crayon color, starring in your own coloring page, learning how crayons get made, and shopping the world’s largest selection of Crayola products. 

3. Dollywood’s 40th Anniversary

Look for a special anniversary show on stage. A new drone and fireworks show. Plays based on the children’s books Dolly donates worldwide. A “Candy Corn Country” village during the Harvest Festival. These are just a few of Dollywood’s gifts to its guests in 2025! 

4. WildSide Adventure Park

WildSide is 900 acres of challenging forests, where you can go off-roading in a tough Utility Terrain Vehicle, or ride mountain bikes on 12 different trails with thrilling jumps and turns. All experience levels are welcome, and WildSide provides bikes and gear.

5. Evanswood Magic Theater

Magician Terry Evanswood has astounded audiences here for years, and now he unveils his own theater. See sleight-of-hand tricks, grand-scale illusions, narrow escapes, and more delights, spiced with humor and music. 

6. The Bodies Human

View a dozen human bodies, preserved and displayed along with 100 anatomical exhibits. You’ll see how the body’s systems work together, and learn how athletes’ muscles propel them to victory, 

7. Great Big Game Show

Play a real-life game show just like you’re on TV, complete with a host, stage, and giant wheel to spin. Play as a solo contestant, or bring friends to compete as a team.

8. NERF Action Xperience

Get ready for 29,000 square feet of indoor blaster battles, sports challenges, and obstacle courses. This attraction will be next door to the Crayola Experience, creating a great day out.

9. Pigeon Forge Racing Coaster

The Smokies have plenty of mountain coasters, but this will be the first where you can race another rider! Side-by-side tracks carry coaster cars designed with racing car style. Control your own speed as you navigate loops and turns.
