Perfect Group Getaway The cabin was absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, comfortable beds, luxurious amenities. great layout, and solid remote location. For any large group gathering, this home has everything you could possibly need. Very likely to stay there again!

Keaton’s Firefly Meadow Cabin Our family came up for Volleyball Tournament Valentine’s week-end. Found this cabin to rent so all the family could spend time together! It was exactly as it stated online! Perfect for large group! Everyone enjoyed staying there. Just wish we could stay a week in the summertime and enjoy the pool. So roomy and comfortable. Youth enjoyed the downstairs together. Would stay there again if possible!!

Awesome rental Best rental experience we have had in awhile.  Highly recommend this company and their service. Can't say enough good about this place. Everyone liked the fire pit, pool, grill area, sunroom, decks and outside furniture. 

Dreamy Space, Place and Location Our group enjoyed our stay at Firefly Meadow more than we even thought possible! From the fire pit to the open fields to the swings, every component made our Mountain Weekend one of the most memorable times of our youth group's existence. We truly felt we could not have found a more perfect space for all the games and activities we conducted.

Beautiful cabin Beautiful cabin! Easily accommodated all 24 ladies in my group. The cabin was very clean upon arrival and stocked w/ a few essentials. We had one issue with the hot tub not heating but maintenance was out within 30 minutes of calling and fixed the issue. In addition, the office staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was beyond thankful that they allowed me to ship some items for the gift bags, as we traveled from NY.

Very Good Colonial Rentals is a First Class Organization. Communication was GREAT ! The house was awesome it was clean and comfortable lots of space. Great Private Location.

Amazing stay for youth group! This was an amazing cabin. We brought a youth group of about 30. Plenty of room and amenities.

Great Stay The property was a great place to stay. It had room to fit everyone in my party and many places to hangout.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin and already planning on returning. The swimming pool was fantastic for us and the kids loved all the amenities especially the arcade game and pool table. Our adult children loved playing cards on the deck. Great outdoor space! Colonial Properties made everything so easy for us to enjoy our quality family time.

This cabin exceeded all our expectations. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and the pool table and arcade kept everyone entertained. It's close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, yet still offers a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend!

Overall this was a great place to stay! The house was very clean upon check in, quite spacious, and easily houses a large group of people. There are enough bathrooms to handle so many guests as well. There was plenty of parking and lots of room for kids to run around outside. The management company was very easy to contact via text and quick to respond and attempt to resolve any issues. It was convenient to so many local attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas. There are, however, a few areas that could use some attention. The kitchen was fully stocked, but unfortunately, the pots, pans, and cooking utensils have seen better days. The coating was wearing off the pans and there were nylon pieces coming off the utensils. We bought 2 pans, a pot and a cookie sheet so we could safely cook. With the amount of people the house can hold, it would also be beneficial to have more than one refrigerator for all the food. We made due with extra coolers. Another area of concern was that when it rained hard, there was water that leaked into one of the basement bathrooms. Based on previous damage to the floors, I would say it happens quite frequently. We also noticed leaking from the pool area into the basement. The carpet was saturated after a hard rain. Management was made aware of the bathroom area and said they would address it. We noticed to pool door area afterwards, but dark areas of carpet indicate this has been an issue for a while. Speaking of the pool and outdoor areas, it could use a good clean up. The pool chairs could use a good power washing as they were turning green. One had a wasps nest on it. There was poison ivy growing around the fence/deck areas. Over the course of the week, we had a fuse blow several times. We are unsure why, as we did not have any appliances or anything extra going at any of the times is happened. Management was quick to respond to us with the code to enter the room with the electric box so we could easily take care of it. They also quickly came out to replace a battery in the lock box on the outdoor pool bathroom when it wouldn't let us in. I know this sounds like a lot, but we really did enjoy our stay, and we really did appreciate management addressing any concerns quickly.
