Traditional Cooking, Today’s Flavors

Start with one (or more!) of a dozen appetizers including mesquite smoked wings, flautas, tostadas and spicy chorizo sausage. Try the “salsa flight,” three different salsas for you to taste-test with those crunchy tortilla chips. 

Get your taste buds ready for delicious twists. Your favorite burritos, tacos and grilled chicken are here, but why not nosh on tacos stuffed with wild-caught shrimp, pork and pineapple, or tender, braised beef? Fajita lovers can smell the chicken, shrimp or steak fajitas sizzling all the way from kitchen to table. House specials include salmon with ranchero sauce, sirloin with an ancho chili sauce or slow-smoked beef ribs.
