Living Room

The open plan main level, crowned with a high, vaulted ceiling, has a wonderfully spacious feel. From the glossy floors to the peak of the ceiling, honey-gold wood paneling envelops you with warm color. Comfy leather seating faces the stone fireplace and the flat-screen TV. Kitchen

Cooking isn’t a chore in this convenient, fully equipped kitchen! Your rental includes all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need, whether you’re creating a special meal for the whole family or packing a picnic lunch for two. The kitchen features ample counter space, so food prep is easy. Why not use the counters to lay out a pancake buffet for breakfast, with all the toppings? Don’t forget chocolate chips!

Dining Area

Gather up to eight hungry guests around the large dining table in the kitchen. Food arrives hot and fresh on the table, with the chef just steps away! After dinner, set up Monopoly or Snakes and Ladders here, and enjoy family game night together.

Bedrooms

Two king beds and two queen sleeper sofas provide great options for everyone to get a good night’s rest.

The king bedrooms sport a Western theme, from colorful quilts to cowboy-themed art. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs so you can watch shows late into the night without disturbing anyone else. Ceiling fans keep you cool in summer and circulate warmth in winter. You’ll find ample storage so you can unpack and settle in just like you’re at home. The two bathrooms both offer shower and tub combos.

Media Room

Hold a movie marathon, or binge-watch your family’s favorite streaming series, in this dedicated media room. An extra large, flat-screen TV is wall mounted so everyone gets a great view. Sprawl on the big, comfy sofa with a tub of buttered popcorn and let the film festival begin.

This well-appointed game room keeps all ages entertained with pool, air hockey, and classic games on two arcade-style video game consoles.. Access to the community pool is provided and managed by a third-party company. Colonial Properties is not responsible for pool maintenance or closures. The pool is generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting.
