We had a great time staying here! The location was great, super close to Pigeon Forge. It only took us 5 mins to get to everything. Dollywood property is right beside it, but you cannot see it. You can hear some of the rides when you’re outside, but we couldn’t hear anything while inside. If anyone is staying upstairs you could hear walking and thumping, but it never woke us up or our 2 1/2 year old. The jacuzzi tub was absolutely worth every cent, it was so relaxing after walking all day. The hosts provided us with many towels and starter toiletries. The space was clean and spacious. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Cole’s Condo. The area was spacious and accommodating for the 4 of us. It was conveniently located and accessible to many attraction. You can hear and (partially) see the fireworks show at Dollywood each night. Although a bit dated, the condo was clean and well maintained. I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of Colonial Properties throughout our stay.

Condo was Great! Lots of space. Really close to Dollywood, Wonder Works, mini golf, and other attractions. We loved setting in the rocking chairs on the balcony.

First floor large well appointedcondo. It was in a perfect location away from heavy traffic but just a few minutes to the main drag. Super quick responses from the hosts. Definitely will return soon

We had 2 toddlers and 3 adults in our party. The place was very spacious for our group. We loved the porch. The apartment itself is a bit dated but everything worked. The porch was a nice place to relax. You can hear the screams from the park throughout the day until the park closes. Our kids slept through that and the nightly fireworks. There was one morning the area smelled of garbage due to an animal getting into the complex dumpster. Overall, we enjoyed our trip. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It is a great location being close to attractions but just off the beaten path for a peaceful stay. They had little gift boxes at each sink that included kitchen detergent or bathroom items. The kitchen box included a couple of dishwasher tablets, dish liquid and laundry detergent tabs. The bathroom box had soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Enjoyed the Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. We will definitely be staying here again.

The pictures don’t do it justice, the condo was perfect and it had everything that we needed. We drove up from Florida for a family baseball tournament at the Cal Ripken experience, and this condo is about seven minutes away from Cal Ripken field. In addition, it was directly next-door to Dollywood and just about 10 minutes from everything else. Our family had a great time and the condo is super clean. Plus, the king size bed was super comfortable.

This property is gorgeous and the views and access to attractions is amazing. All of the beds were comfortable and one of our party used the huge jacuzzi tub and we had to drag her out (kidding) she enjoyed it so much! When we walked in the place smelled wonderful and seeing the fireplace first thing was great. The balcony is huge with plenty of seating. The property management reached out several times before our trip to ensure we could enjoy our stay and they were happy to help if we had any issues and as we left they called to make sure we had a good stay. I would 10 out of 10 recommend and stay here again.

Ideal location for a Pigeon Forge vacation My family loved staying at this condo during our recent visit to Pigeon Forge. We'll plan to stay here again in our future visits. The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do. It's so convenient to Dollywood and the parkway. The best part of this condo is the large and spacious back porch overlooking a wooded area. It was private, quiet, and so inviting. The weather during our trip was perfect, and we loved spending time on the porch before and after our daily adventures. The front door and parking lot face the back of Dollywood, and we enjoyed hearing the roller coasters and trains during operating hours. Despite that, it was still nice and quiet inside the condo and especially at night. The whirlpool tub in the master bathroom is enormous. We didn't have time to use it, but it looked quite comfortable. We also appreciated the little welcome boxes that included shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. That saved us from a late-night shopping trip for those essentials.

Prime location right off of Veterans, about 5 minutes from Dollywood. Not too busy at all. Some of the negatives: there were ants, big ones; we counted 30+ in our 2-day stay so it was an issue. Just a few, you can overlook, being back in the woods, but they were prevalent. There were a few maintenance items. The sink was clogged up; a few scuffs on the wall, nothing too bad. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. The view was pretty good, but we went to the area specifically for Dollywood, so we couldn’t have asked for better. There were a few little things like the ants, but at the price point, it was a really good stay.

The office was very accommodating with our check-in which I really appreciated. The condo's living room and back porch were incredible. We absolutely loved the porch, spent most of our time out there including eating dinner. We didn't have the tv in the living room on once! The living room didn't have a coffee table which we loved. It was such a spacious, open room and the baby could move above easily without bumping into furniture. We would absolutely stay there again. The only negative I would say is there needs to be more trash cans. I guess people accumulate a lot of trash while traveling and the trash cans became full quickly.

The unit was as described and met our expectations. One thing that surprised us was how the location was so close to DollyWood and the main road in Pigeon Forge, yet still felt very secluded. This makes for a great home base for any adventures in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas. Check in and Check out was very simple and smooth and the rental company checked in with appropriately before and after our stay.

We loved our stay at Cole's Condo. The condo was easily accessed from the parking lot with no steps. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the living room is large with comfortable seating. The beds were very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the deck. The view of the mountains is amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Watching the sunset behind the mountains...priceless! We would definitely stay at Cole's Condo again!

Peaceful and quiet We really enjoyed our stay at Cole's Condo. We felt right at home and enjoyed the comfortable furniture and beds. The condo was exceptionally clean and so easy to access from the parking lot with no stairs. The porch/balcony was so peaceful and the views are amazing! We relaxed sitting on the outside furniture and listened to the birds for hours and watched the sun setting behind the mountains. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the area!!! The toilet was loose from the floor and the water in the kitchen was very low. Could have been a little cleaner. Overall, loved the place and would definitely stay there again. Checking in and out was the easiest I have ever seen.
