Cozy, clean, and peaceful are just a few words to describe the house. Loved that we could bring the dogs. The kids were able to get to everything they needed to! Had a blast!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, with in a mile of Kroger and Publix. Just minutes from pigeon forge and not too far "out in the sticks" like some cabins I've stayed in. Our group enjoyed the arcade/pool room and hot tub!

Beautiful cabin and great location to stay at the Great Smoky Mountains and short drive to all the attractions. Very spacious and the teenagers loved the game room.

What a beautiful cabin! We had our dogs with us, so for them I wish there was more of a yard, but otherwise the place was perfect. Easy access town, plenty of room, and all the amenities. The hot tub was so relaxing at the end of the day. Wifi and cell service was great too! Definitely would come back.

We were so pleased with all the little details of our cozy cabin! The location was perfect, and still close enough to everything! We even had a Christmas Tree set up when we arrived! Such a warm welcome! The thing I was most impressed with was the communication that was provided! Customer Service is rarely found nowadays and it was a true blessing! They stayed in touch with us always to ensure everything from the trip to the cabin, the arrival, our stay and instructions to check out were all as smooth as ever! I highly recommend this cabin as there is no way it could be a disappointment! Their space made this Thanksgiving week 2023 one to remember!

Beautiful home everything was perfect

The house was very clean with plenty of towels available. There was enough room in the driveway to fit three cars. The hot tub was turned on and immediately ready for use. You can also watch the sunrise from the back deck!

The accommodations were adequate for my family of seven and two dogs. It was in the perfect location for shopping, family fun activities, and restaurants. We loved that the cabin had three floors so we could spread out and also have our own bathrooms. Be sure if you’re staying for a week and have a large group to bring extra paper products and trash bags. It was also helpful to have a washer/dryer so we could keep our clothes clean and wash everything so unpacking would be easy when we got home.

This was a perfect vacation spot, we had so much, and I recommend everyone checking it out!!!

I really enjoyed my stay. Speaking for me and my family. We had a few hiccups. However, the staff of this rental hopped on all of my concerns extremely fast. I really appreciate this company. Will definitely use them again in the near future

We had an amazing time. The house was absolutely beautiful and felt like home. It was very clean and a lot bigger than what we expected. The kids really enjoyed the game room. We were sad to leave and definitely gonna be back!

Great stay for 4 adults, a 6 year old and 2 pups. We had a great time and barely even left the cabin bc there was so much there to do. Beautiful location. Great company.

Great location with easy access to the Parkway. Some things we loved about the cabin were the game room with pool table, darts, and arcade game with dozens of options. This cabin had plenty of plates and dishes. It kept us from having to constantly wash dishes during our stay. Cabin was overall clean.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, and private! Started each day on the main bedroom-connected deck in the cool pre-dawn air with a cup of coffee every morning! Ideally located, close to everything while being tucked away to enjoy some quiet time at the end of the day!!! Minutes from the Island, Smokey Mountain Water Parks, The Apple Barn, Tanger Outlets, and the Smokey Dog Lodge, where we dropped our dog off at daycare while we were out and about! Close to Publix and Kroger, we didn't have to eat out every night but were also close to excellent take-out or dine-in at places like Thai Basil and Graze Burgers. You are a 25-Minute drive to Gatlinburg's aquarium, village shopping, nature trails, and attractions. Plus, the cabin is only a 35-minute drive to Cades Cove! Loved our stay and will visit again!!!

We had a great time using the game room! Convenient location to grocery store but still off the main road. Everything we needed for cooking was available. Beds were comfortable.

It was an absolute pleasure staying here. We couldn't have been more happy with with the house and location. The kids were just beyond themselves and begged not to leave after five nights. Speaking for myself, I have been to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville many times and I usually have my fill after 3 or 4 days. This time I could have easily stayed another week. Communication with our hosts were beyond expectations from the moment of our reservation to the last day of our stay. We certainly had everything we needed and then some. If we needed them for any reason, we got an immediate response. Always friendly, prompt and genuinely made us feel at home. We really hope we get the pleasure of staying here again.

Perfect spot for a family vacation! We stayed here with my husbands family and the 3 separate spaces were perfect - each with an attached full bath! The basement was tons of fun between the pool table, little arcade room and the hot tub! We loved our time here and the communication with Colonial Properties was outstanding. Cannot complain one bit! The house was also well stocked for a quick stay!

This house is perfect for families. The hot tub, games provided, and game room downstairs kept our boys busy every time we were just hanging around. It is in a great location for all the adventures of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Super clean

Great space for a family vacation! We had 3 families (5 adults, 1 child, 1 infant, and 2 dogs total) and each family had their own sleeping area and bathroom. Common spaces on main level plus game room on lower level and two balconies with great views. Great location to restaurants, fast food, and attractions. Kitchen is fully loaded with anything you would need to stay in and cook. Great communication from host. Any question was answered in a timely manner. Cabin was stocked with basically everything you would need. We needed extra paper towels and garbage bags than were provided so I’d pack those or plan on buying some if traveling with a large group like we did. Washer and dryer on lower level for any laundry needs. Great place to stay and we will be back!
