DESCRIPTION
Heavenly Sunsets is a luxurious one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom cabin with scenic views of the mountains, top-of-the-line amenities including a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, and a private hot tub on the deck, conveniently located near Pigeon Forge attractions while offering a peaceful setting, accommodating up to five guests, ideal for couples or small families to create unforgettable vacation memories together.
Living Room
Step inside Heavenly Sunsets, and you’re certain to feel right at home. With its soothing natural wood and amazing attention to detail, you’ll feel your stress melt away instantly.
The spacious open living room provides you with a cozy stone fireplace, comfortable seating, large windows framing the outdoors, and a flat-screen TV. For your convenience, there is a half-bath nearby.
Curl up and watch a movie marathon in front of the fireplace, or pop some popcorn and take in the views! The Great Smoky Mountains are beautiful no matter the season!
Kitchen
The conveniently placed fully-stocked kitchen has plenty of counter space and is loaded with everything you could possibly need during your vacation. Whip up your favorite recipes, or spread out a buffet of yummy food from town. Try your hand at making hot chocolate bombs for the kids! This is #vacationlife.
All cookery, flatware, and dishes are included for your convenience.
Bedroom
The breathtaking master suite is located on the main level and will wrap you in luxury. This bedroom features a bedside jetted tub, romantic fireplace, and an en-suite full bath for added convenience. Gorgeous views are never-ending in this cabin. Throw open your bedroom windows and inhale the clean scents of the mountains!
Game Room
The game loft is sure to delight every member of your family! In here, you can play pool or air hocket for hours. If you’re looking for relaxation, there’s also a flat-screen TV and sofa so that you can curl up and binge-watch your favorites! Bring a stack of board-games—this is the perfect space for family game night!
Outdoor Spaces
You can’t go wrong with either of the decks here at Heavenly Sunsets!
The front deck provides you with rocking chairs and a porch swing, while out back you can spend the evenings watching the sunset over the mountains in the bubbling hot tub or sit back by the fire and enjoy the fire pit. The stars always seem brighter here in the Smokies—see who can find the most constellations!
Did you hear a twig crack? Keep your eyes peeled- with over sixty-six different mammals here in the mountains, you never know what you might see.
Be sure to pack your bathing suit no matter the time of the year. This cabin offers year-round swimming in either the outdoor or indoor pool located nearby.
Other Amenities
With all the luxury that Heavenly Sunsets has to offer, you might not ever want to leave the cottage. But if you do, you are within minutes of any convenience that Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg has to offer, from charming local eateries to grocery shopping, to entertainment.

Swimming Pool
Access to the community pool is provided and managed by a third-party company. Colonial Properties is not responsible for pool maintenance or closures. The outdoor swimming pool is generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting. The indoor swimming pool is open year-round.

Q: Will you need a 4 wheel drive to get to this cabin? Are there any other cabins in seeing distance. Was planning on January 8 though the 11. It is for a retirement getaway - Lavinia Thomas
A: Hi Lavinia, thank you for reaching out. We always recommend four wheel drive in the winter months when snow is possible. This cabin is also located in a resort.

We had a wonderful stay at Colonial Properties. The cabin was beautiful, clean n cozy. I loved that we were secluded but only 15 mins from the Parkway and most of the attractions. The staff was very attentive. I appreciated had they sent texts awaiting our arrival. I also appreciated that if I texted them for anything I received a response back within 5 to 10 mins. The cabin was just like the pictures online and was equipped with everything I needed. The views in the back porch were amazing n it was so relaxing just enjoying the scenery n peacefulness. The hot tub felt good after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely come back n would recommend Colonial Properties to my family n friends. Thank you for making my stay worry free n enjoyable!

Close to everything This cabin was clean, cozy and had beautiful Mountain View’s. It had security gate and pool for kids. The hills and turns can make it hard to drive too if weather is bad. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this cabin.
