Cabin was wonderful! Clean and perfect for myself and my husband. Bed comfortable. Hot tub worked. Water pressure and temperatures were great. 100% will be back!

We had a great stay at your cute cabin! It was very comfortable and easy to find. Greg was happy it has soft close toilet seats! 🤣 We will consider it next time we vacation down there.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Cabin met our needs and sitting on the porches was so relaxing. We have stayed with Colonial Properties many times and will stay with them in future visits.

Probably the best cabin experience I’ve ever had private quiet, gorgeous convenient to Pigeon Forge in Gatlinburg wonderful amenities highly recommend to anyone who wants to vacation in the Pigeon Forge Gatlinburg area

We had a wonderful stay at Colonial Properties. The cabin was beautiful, clean n cozy. I loved that we were secluded but only 15 mins from the Parkway and most of the attractions. The staff was very attentive. I appreciated had they sent texts awaiting our arrival. I also appreciated that if I texted them for anything I received a response back within 5 to 10 mins. The cabin was just like the pictures online and was equipped with everything I needed. The views in the back porch were amazing n it was so relaxing just enjoying the scenery n peacefulness. The hot tub felt good after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely come back n would recommend Colonial Properties to my family n friends. Thank you for making my stay worry free n enjoyable!

Heavenly Sunsets was a very memorable place. We came from Ohio to celebrate my husband's 45th birthday. We had a blast. I didn't really want to leave the cabin. Besides getting food. Very clean and comfortable.

The cabin was great! Very clean and the game room in the loft was an added bonus! The hot tub was clean and well maintained. The road was not super bad to drive up. All paved. Colonial Properties was very easy to contact and communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great, we enjoyed the cabin, it was very clean, only thing would be great if you can let the guests know before check-in what is available in the house and not available. We expected basis things like coffee, sugar or salt there was none so we had to to back into town find a store and buy some basic things, had we known in advance we could have stopped at the store first before check in

We'll definitely be back again!! We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was perfect for my little family. Everything was nice and clean and worked properly. Our daughter enjoyed the games and pool table upstairs. My wife and I both enjoyed the views and hot tub. We'll be back to stay in this cabin again for sure!! Excellent Beautiful area, quiet cabin community. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. They checked on us to make sure we got into the cabin . Will definitely use this rental service again.

Excellent time The cleanliness was unquestionable. The service for minor needs was friendly, rapid and accurate. The cabin was wonderful and was better than advertised. We have found other Smokey Mountain Cabins and their management companies disappointing in the recent past. Not Colonial. We will be back! Thank you to the owners for sharing a bit of Mountain Magic.

Close to everything This cabin was clean, cozy and had beautiful Mountain View’s. It had security gate and pool for kids. The hills and turns can make it hard to drive too if weather is bad. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this cabin.

My new husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon stay at this cabin. It was cozy and it had most everything we needed! There was so much to do so close by that we didn’t have time to do everything we wanted. A few times we just enjoyed sitting on the back deck. We definitely plan to stay here again some day!
