Our Smoky Mountain cabin rentals span Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Wears Valley, and Sevierville — from one-bedroom cabins for two up to eight-bedroom lodges. Filter by guests, bedrooms, or amenity to narrow the list.
Great Smoky Mountains National Park is the most visited national park in the United States — free to enter, open year-round, and reachable from any of our cabins in ten to thirty minutes depending on location. Hundreds of miles of maintained trails run from flat paved walks to strenuous ridge hikes above 6,000 feet. More than 1,500 flowering plant species. One of the highest black bear densities in the eastern United States. Ancient Appalachian ridgelines that turn amber, crimson, and gold in October, and hold snow on the high peaks through winter.
Start with the sleeps number, then narrow by bedroom count for the privacy level you want. The two are separate — a one-bedroom cabin can sleep four to six through loft space and sleeper sofas.
Filter by the amenity that defines the trip. Each is available on specific cabins — confirmed on the individual listing page.

Dollywood opens for the season in mid-March, the park's wildflower season peaks April into May, and cabin rates run below summer and fall. Lighter crowds than any season except winter.
Peak family season. Dollywood's Summer Celebration runs with nightly drone shows, every attraction is at full operation, Splash Country is open, and the mountain streams run cold and clear for wading.
The most popular and most competitive booking window of the year. Dollywood's Harvest Festival runs through October, and foliage peaks mid-to-late October across more than a hundred species of deciduous trees. Book fall weekends months ahead — they fill faster than anything else on the calendar.
Dollywood's Smoky Mountain Christmas runs November into early January, Gatlinburg's Winter Magic lights run into late February, and Ober Gatlinburg's ski season runs mid-November into early March. Cabin fireplaces are in season October 1 through late February. Rates outside Christmas week are the most underrated value window of the year.
Booking through colonialproperties.com includes the Stay & Play Pass — one complimentary attraction ticket per paid night at Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Anakeesta, and other Smoky Mountain destinations. Third-party platforms add a service fee at checkout and can't include the pass.

Pigeon Forge is the right choice when Dollywood, dinner shows, and the entertainment corridor are the focus. Gatlinburg is the right choice when the national park, mountain atmosphere, and a more intimate setting matter more. The towns are about eight miles apart — reachable from either base in fifteen to twenty minutes.
One complimentary attraction ticket per paid night at Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Anakeesta, and other destinations — included automatically with every direct booking. See the full attraction list.
There's no vehicle entry fee. A daily parking tag is required for vehicles parked more than fifteen minutes at any developed facility in the park — purchase at recreation.gov, park visitor centers, or fee kiosks, and check the current rate before you go. Browse cabins near the national park.
Three to six months for October foliage and the Christmas and New Year's weeks. Two to three months for summer weekends and spring break. Winter outside the holidays is the most available stretch of the year.
